Customer service was veryyyy poor, plus the delivery personnel wanted to meet somewhere else to pick up the food. Might as well I did the delivery myself.
When you don't get what you ordered, customer service is no help - it's like they don't want to refund what you're owed. Still waiting... Guess I'll just have to utilize a different delivery courier. Smh..
The food takes too long to be delivered. For the amount being charged for delivery, I expect better. Also, the screening process for delivery personnel needs to be better. Shady people should not be delivering my food. Would give negatives stars if I could.
can't use a non-Jamaican credit card. they are flagged as attempted fraud. very inconvenient to have to pay with cash every time.
My recent experience hasn't been a very pleasing one. I'm pretty close to the restaurant that I usually order from so my orders shouldn't take long and even if they do, I can understand the demand is high and there are a lot of orders. However, this is the second time I'm ordering and I got a "delivered" notification and I hadn't received my food. Now I dont know if the delivery guy is dishonest or the app is glitching but I dont appreciate it. 20 mins after the notification & still no food
Great app. Soon to be perfect. They have some of the widest selection of any delivery app. The drivers are professional enough. The only thing they need to do now is be open later (till 9pm the earliest) and have the option to tip driver AFTER your order. Good work guys ur doing Jamaica good.
Order my food it not only took long but the sandwich was cold and the coleslaw was hot. The lettuce looked like it was in from 3 days ago. Not using you again. No star if it was possible
"I'll always pay for convenience." Was my original review. However, they're suddenly telling me that they don't take orders on the Boulevard (Assuming this means every community off the Washington Blvd) after 5PM. I guess thats how it goes when they're now making enough money. I've been using 7krave since 2019 and believe me, I'm not impressed.
App is easy to use. No bugs or ads. Ordering process is fast and easy
Since the new upgrade I can't contact customer support. The orders TAKE HOURS to deliver. Try requesting a callback for assistance, THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I'm off this app. You're better off just calling the restaurant to order. This app is ridiculous. Playstore should have a "Zero Star" feature.
the app got some major upgrades in terms of coding and design and I think it well done just need the delivery to catch up to app
This is a very convenient app. However, orders normally take longer than the estimated time provided for delivery; rarely have I ever gotten my meal in 30 mins. I would also love for all restaurants to update the availability of their menu because it is a tedious process to be refunded when a meal is not available. The chat option also disappears after 24hrs of purchasing the meal. There should be a designated option in the app to contact customer service regardless if an order was placed.
The new improvements are great. Would love the see the delivery fee calculation

I've rarely had an issue and the bearers call me with updates when there are delays. I do always pay cash, tho, never with card.
scripted is a great place with great food and the fact that I can customize my sandwich is great

Key criticisms for the app!! Have an option to cancel the order. Especially if it is before the order has been confirmed. It's been over 1hour since an order was placed with a restaurant the the app. The order has not been marked "confirmed" and I am unable to cancel the order. This in between wait time is extremely too long. I'm not at all pleased!!!
The prices for delivery has became unnecessarily high. Delivery fee is the same as the cost of the actual food.
They seem to have a problem doing cashback reimbursements to credit cards. I'm not sure why. They need to reimburse customers for menu items that cost less than the original order, when there was mutual agreement on the change of menu item & price, w/o us having to chase down the 7KRAVE team.
It is way faster for me to get my food myself. It takes two hours before my order even gets sent to the restaurant. There is also no way to urgently contact them because they dont have a phone number; you have to use their chat and the chat goes away if they mark your order as processed (even if you didn't get the order).
I got my order so fast and i got exactly what i asked for. ❤customer service is on point too and i love the fact that i can tract the delivery person's every move..officially my fav delivery app
When they don't have a lot of orders to fulfill they mostly get it right. However during peak times they WILL be late, food will be cold, order completely wrong or missing items & zero communication from them for status updates. They can do better but choose not to. You cannot charge premium for poor service.
I've been using this app since March 2020 and I am impressed with the level of service being offered. Food arrived on time and is usually warm. If there is a delay or any issues, you are informed about it. Only issue I have is that the restaurant prices are not updated on the app and so sometimes you hear you have to pay more. Overall, good customer experience.
I like the updates but... 1. Please bring back the ability to save restaurants as favorites. It makes finding them easier and faster. This is also helpful when you come across a new restaurant you want to try later but don't want to memorize the name of it. 2. Bring back the option to filter out menu items of the restaurant. In the old app you could filter out menu items, to only show soups, chicken, pork etc.
