This app is fantasic and is helping me stay healthy during quarantine. My only problem is that the intermediate workout is mixed in with the beginner ones. When I did it thinking it was beginner I was about to quit because it was difficult for what I thought should have been easier. Could you rearrange the workouts so that they are in order, in terms of difficulty.
Excellent app. Crisp instructions. Tiered intensity levels you can combine into longer workouts. I toggled on all the exercise specific coaching just to prevent boredom. "Switch sides!" The app is reliable and it's got me working out most every day of the week. In app ads are relevant but not obtrusive. Congratulations to the dev team!
I love this app because it #1 it has different time intervals so u can do quick work outs or longer work outs #2 various exercises depending on the mood of the day. So just a well balanced routine 👌. Well thought out.
Simple and effective. Just core workouts, nothing else. Animation is helpful and there are a lot of workout choices. Great app for just the workout, no body image/weight triggers. Worked well with Spotify, no issues. Ads seem minimal so far.
Hi! Great apps, thank you! Please, add an option to change times for each exercise/pauses and to change order or substitute excercises. And, please, there should be the same voice in all.
I cannot see anything upon opening the application. The homescreen is fully white. However, if i hold down a certain part, I can see the words and sections highlighted.
Instructions are easy to follow. There is sufficient intervals between each exercise. Almost like having a pers6 coach or instructor. I highly recommend this app.
I'm 40 and haven't really exercised since getting out of the army. This app is easy to use and keeps you moving through the entirety of whichever exercise you choose. It keeps me motivated and I'm thankful for that.
Great app! Its free, has a picture so you know what's expected. I love the halfway there reminder & the time it gives before you switch to your next position.
First day doing beginner abs. Very hard but very doable overtime. I don't have unrealistic expectations for myself. Did what I could knowing that I will improve with consistency.
good workout! I exercise regularly and I cant even complete some of the "beginner" routines. its challenging and that's the point!!
Add before you start the workout makes it perfect. Doesn't interuot the training. Otherwise a solid exercise and timer en voice guidance
I love the challenges this ap offers. Initially I did not like the repetition of the particular exercise sets, but now adore and actually look 4ward to this early morning work out.
It's really effective and I love the app, however I wish there was a way to share your progress with friends, aside screenshots.
So simple and quick and helpful, I never skip the dreaded abs now when I work out at home, and I know the exercises are effective because we do the same ones at the gym!
Good variety of core exercises. I would like a 3-2-1 countdown timer at the end of an exercise to know that the exercise is over.
Simple and convenient. I wish they added optional sound cues. --or perhaps I have not explores the app yet
Challenging, great variety of ab exercises, and different levels. I have enjoyed it.
I love it ,it has more exercises plus it has many options like us who still begins ,5 seconds is more enough for us to take rest and it gives us not much ads👍👍
Really simple and easy. No unnecessary content. Ads are respectable and non intrusive. Would recommend this app.

I just downloaded this app. Was looking forward to using it but right off the bat, it doesn't work correctly. None of the demo vids will play. Any plan to fix this?
My problem-dont want to workout. Haven't in years! This is my 12th app BUT the 1st app I started with and staying with. It's easy just gotta do it. Noone's gonna do it for me BUT ME!
Very quick workout, great for breaks in between sitting. I use this while working from home to balance sitting too much.

So glad I found this app! I played my music with adjustable instruction in the background. First time using this app. Beyond satisfied.
Very well-picked exercises, fast results in core strength and flexibility. Best to be combined with another core-abs workout, as each of its programs have only one routine to repeat every day. Its video - guides are great, and the 12-min all around core trainer workout I have chosen, is exactly as hard as it should be,to work. Its advanced version and the full-plank version do take it to the next level. Those 3 have all you need.
