I've been using this app since August 22 (a little over two months) and I've lost 20 lbs. I started with the 30 sec preset and I've been doing 60 sec now because that's as high as it goes π. But diet is also important for the results. I've had to buy new jeans (smaller waist size) YAY!
Positives : not much data size , full control on timing , sound control , best then the previously . Negatives : limited exercise
Would be a 5 if you could log individual exerxises ie lunge i do one set either side Ooh and oh just deleted whole history log can you change to also be able to just delete any singular session βπ please
Haven't used it as yet, it seems to be very interesting will ask my wife to use it also.
This app is pretty great! Based off of some real science too. Also, no extra permssions and the ads are not intrusive, so that's a huge plus too.
this app is usefull. have good exercise and can help you for fast workout in morning, before breakfast.

I love this app!!! Now i got this trying to comp and earn points on my fitbit thing...but now i trued it im keeping to use and work out everyday!!! This us really good if yoube been thinking on being fit!! Id definatly reccoment this
Does gd workout of all your muscles and strengthen your core .... hard to complain about that ...

Gets the heart rate up! Have been doing this with my kids and they love it!
No frills or permissions. Just a timer with optional speech, a link to the workout, and the exercises. Perfect.
For those without gyms around or time for the gym....

Simple to follow...just start at your own rate. Work up to 3 x day (7 minutes each) as you improve!

It is a good time to do working and living healthy I tried it today it is so good this app you can even use on vacations in your hotel so please be praying that one day you will be happy and when you come back to school your child will be ready to go back to school and your teacher will be like wow you look forward to make your brain smarter they will not be like you did not do anything they will be like wow look at here or him they look good to me look teacher look look at that studentπππππππππ
Everyone can squeeze 7 minutes in, even me with a 6 month old while he naps. Took a few weeks to see results, so dont give up too quickly. Love the ability to increase the timings as you get fitter, and pause if you need to, then resume the workout. The plank exercise at the end beeps half way to tell you to swap sides. Would love voice to announce the next exercise earlier in the break to give you time to get ready instead of trying to look at your screen in between exercises
The first time I tried this It made me feel AWSOME. I just downloaded the App a few hours ago tried it And No lie I felt so energetic. For only having to try this once and get that felling You really know it works ππͺπ
I tryed a lot of other 7 min workouts and uninstalled them. This one is clean and simple. It keeps a log so you can see if your slacking. It doesn't try to up sell you on more stuff. No adds
Gotta love an app that doesn't ask for any special permissions. Haven't used it yet, but its everything I want. Varied excersizes within each workout, so one specific area isn't getting too much at once. You keep your heart-rate up. Its short but complete, so I can do several 7 minute workouts consecutively or set small achievable goals.
