Half my order was missing, no substitions made, no grand total adjusted. Had a promo code for 10 off 3 orders, only worked on the first. Had to contact support to get a refund on missing items did not refund the discount I should have had, did not adjust for missing free item. Not a good experience canceled the gold pass immediately.

Do not use this app!! There is a lot of system errors that will charge your card and they will not refund back your money or make right of their system error Update: you show wrong however I got it fixed no thanks to you or your business. Never again! And I've already contacted BBB y'all can deal with that. You could of just canceled my charge and let it refunded back but I had to do the work your turn.

I placed an order through the app, I was then sent a link to check my status of the order and it said it was delivered through doordash, but when I checked the 7 Now app it said that it was still in process, I then received a message saying that my items were returned. I'm not sure why they were returned, I had put contactless delivery and now I'm being charged for an order that I never got. I guess the person delivering it kept the food, customer service refused to refund too.

This an update on my experience with 7now app and service, and after my original review, I received a response on this review, and they still didn't offer solutions. Love free market and hate 711. When I cancel, I cancel. Never using any 711 again. It's easy. 🤷‍♀️

Stay Away! Guys and gals let me tell you about my experience using 7NOW, it's been mostly positive. However, recently my app has updated and prompted me to log back in. I can't. I go to customer service, and let me tell you this has been the biggest headache... EVER. I was transferred back and forth between the 7NOW and 7REWARDS(diff app) teams for more than 30 minutes, each insisting the other could help. Account lockout has to be customer service 101. Still can't get in, and $5.95 gold.

So far, not a fan of the app. Even putting in a good tip for a 20 dollar order, I've already had 3 drivers pick up then deny the order. So going on an hour for a delivery from a store less than a quarter mile from the house, not cool. I'm just going to go back to GoPuff at least theyre delivery times are accurate.

Trash dont waist your time! I was really excited to be able to get my order in under 20minutes but the nuro "self driving car" never arrived the app said the order arrived but it did not. I was literally infront of my building the entiretime. When I contacted the customer service rep via text he just canceled my order no f@#$ given. Im still waiting on my full refung we shall see what happens. But im never using this app again

I would love to use this app but there is NEVER been a delivery driver available, ever. The store is literally 2 1/2 miles from me and apparently they do not have any drivers. There is another store approximately 6 miles from me and I can't get a delivered order from there either. What's the point of having it if a can't use it? Will there ever be any drivers or should I just delete the app? Very frustrating.

Super easy I love it! I have NOT had absolutely ANY problems with this app NOR the regular 7Eleven app either! Very convenient! Especially right now, we lost our card so we are only about to buy things online so it's super beneficial for us when we wanna go get a soda or something & we can't use our card(clearly) or pull money out so I can just order whatever we wanna get & go get them! No problem! OR even have whatever delivered as well!! We're just SOOOO glad this app was made! Thank you!🙏🏼

Great App! Something about having a slurpee delivered wherever I am, whenever I want one... is just so right... elite! Plus the bonuses that come along with the gold pass... since downloading the 7Now app as well as the 7eleven app, I've gotten mad mileage with 'em... ymmv of course, but from my experience.. total win!

Great when it works had to pay almost double and lost all mypromotional deals because I had no choice to put the order through doordash directly this review has been edited multiple times and each time it gets progressively worse just delete this app hop in the car or on your bike and just go down to the 7-Eleven it's so much easier

The orders don't go through, but they charge your account. It takes 1 to 7 business days to get your money back. Customer service, when you can understand them, is useless. The customer service agent looked into this and called me back. He told me that the problem was my debit card. Call my bank. I used two different debit cards and they both couldn't place an order. IT IS NOT MY BANK!!!!!! I made sure the zip codes matched. It still failed. The customer service agent laughed when she saw the 3

The tip that is being included in the app isn't being passed on to the Uber delivery driver. you can see it in the delivery details you receive in the text message. my last several orders have been canceled, likely because the driver wasn't going to be getting a tip. One other issue is that the app asks to scan your ID when you make an alcohol purchase, then when the delivery driver arrives, they scan your ID as well. Not sure what the point is in having multiple verifications. it's quite annoying.

Using a trial run for delivery. I like the ease of the app and being able to easily navigate it. Free items like drinks and pizza makes a great perk. Edit: this was before my order was cancelled through a rude third party driver because three of my six items were not available. The app gives the option for substitutions which I asked for, but when he messaged me back it was,"This isn't Favor. No substitutions." I get that it wasn't the driver's fault but there is some definite disconnect.

The app stated there was an issue with my payment, then immediately charged my credit card without placing the order. Support said I have to wait 1-7 days for the money to be returned, suggested using another form of payment. So I switch to my debit card. Again, it fails to place the order but it sure certainly had no hesitation charging first. Garbage app, waste of time, very frustrating to tie-up $80 for an uncertain amount of time.

The app is less than par and could use some fine tuning. My issue was with the rude postmates driver, Ernest, that delivered my sodas. He was very unprofessional on the phone and also would not bring my food to my door. He made me get fully dressed and go out in the cold to get my stuff from him. He was rude the whole time. Not friendly at all. I don't think I will be using this service again.

The worst app I've seen. Offers coupons for first order but says I've already ordered. ( I've never used this app before. ) But i think, whatever it is a bug and I'm hungry so I go to order something and won't let me check out. Cart price update just loads and spins endless. So buggy i can't even check out. 2 for 2. Total broken. Not to mention the frustratingly bad UI/UX. (Click on a promo banner ad and it brings you to a page of promos that you can't click on. )

Many items are unavailable for delivery or out of stock. Also, there is an option to replace items with something else if an item you selected is not available after your order is placed. Sounds great, but most of the items don't have anything comparable to be replaced with so they will just remove it from your order if the location you ordered from doesn't have it. This may be a new service, so I'll give them a bit to work out the logistics before I give it 1 star.

the app fails A LOT. It's not reliable and very irritating to deal with. if you want anything from the nearest 711 you best have a sober person go there and get it. this app needs a lot of work.

I havent been able to order from my phone for months now. It always says they are unable to recieve my request or something. So I started using desktop. Now I can't even sign in on my desktop it says- "Sorry, Could not sign in at this time. Please try again." no matter what account I use. I don't know if it's just me or what. Im able to log in on my phone but orders never complete for me.

Won't use for cigarette delivery anymore, they allowed my identition to go through when I ordered but when delivered nope because my driver's licence was expired by 1 day , ridiculous on there end and doordashes end. Will never use them or doordash again! I pay higher amount for delivery just for counvience and not having to leave due to COVID and state of Michigan is so behind this company can't approve the identification 1 time..

I only ordered a jug of milk, only to have it be 5 days expired!!! I asked for a full refund and was only given a partial refund. I need to have a full refund including the service costs. I'm being punished on no error on my part. Use this service with caution as there is questionable quality control. I'm awaiting a follow up from Andrea of customer support. Lied to. Got an email for $20 off $25 or more on my first order. Cool, I haven't ordered before and that's a good deal, I'll try it. Wasted my time downloading and adding items to the cart, because it won't apply the deal, and no I don't have any other deals in the cart so that's not it. I would give this app negative stars if I could for wasting my time.

It works great until you have an issue. Support is severely lacking. They use Uber to deliver the orders. When a mistake is made, 7/11 points the finger at Uber, and Uber at 7/11. It's all run around and no resolution. If your willing to risk the cost of the order, the delivery fee, the service fee, and the tip for an order that you may or may not receive, than this app is for you.
