Clocked in using the app for the first time and havent been able to clock out since. Installed and uninstalled 3 times, cleared the cache and history multiple times. Told my boss, got no help. AND DIDNT GET PAID last pay period because of it! Now I have to deal with that. Fix your app Edit: contacted email support, gave me a new password for 7shifts which 7shifts isn't the problem. Talked with co-workers last night, this app only works properly on an IPHONE, not Android.
7punches, 7shifts, 7tasks. These three apps could all be built into one app, why would I want to open and use three separate apps on my phone? This app literally does ONE thing. I cannot in good conscience support such silliness.
Excellent cloud based staff time management system. Tech support always readily available and responsive. You cannot find a more supportive business partner than 7Shifts.
Says I'm not authorized even though I was able to sign in yesterday
I reset my password on 7Shifts now it will not allow me to reset. Log in into 7 punches, nor will it give me the log in option.
I wish I could give it a zone I long out and know it not even giving me away to sign in all it say is wrong pass work or email address with no to type the password or user name
The app keeps saying wrong password or email and there is no option to write a password or even login
I get an error code every time I open the app. And it says invalid entry token and won't let me clock in.
Why I can't reset a new password?????. I can't clock in
Updated my 7shofts password and am now locked out of 7punches

Great app we just started using it in our restaurant and its been great.

Absolutely useless
Wish I could give it a zero. When I try to sign in it's saying "wrong email or password" but I've not put in an email or password yet, have not even been given the chance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this and 7shifts multiple times to try and fix it and it has not worked.
