Nothing seems to work with the app. There's no menu or visible way of navigating to a directory to create a zip file or load an existing one. it just does nothing. I was using the current, updated app. That's unfortunate since I use 7zip on my PC exclusively. PS: In regards to your reply that 7Z works “perfectly” ... It, indeed does not. You mentioned the first screen I see when I turn the App on ... The first screen I see when I turn the App on is plain white. Nothing there to click on at all. Nothing. You might say it’s a “perfect” white screen ... allowing me to do nothing. You have bugs in your App.
It's good at doing things but there is no paucity of that out there. One star because you can't buy it and forget it. Subscription only and it's WAY overpriced. Why would I pay a monthly service fee for a sime program that opens files like I'm buying phone service or car insurance. That's stupid and so are you if you pay the ransome these guys want. It's for suckers only at their payout scheme and you'll never be able to buy the app, so go somewhere else where you can pay $5 and get the same.
This is a waist of time and deserves minus 3 stars. I don't even know how Google is allowing these types of Apps that does nothing but occupied space. Everything sigle thing results in error. But all the ads are working fine. I'm creating an App myself, you haven't seen it yet, and guess why? Because it's not f**ing ready and so is this one. This must be pulled
Alcatel U3 phone with Android 8. 7z premium. I can zip a file and then Extract (unzip) it. If I zip a file with a password in order to encrypt it, and then try to Extract the file, nothing happens. The app does not ask for a password, the file is not extracted, and there is no error message.
Terrible. The app forces you to store unzipped files on their server...neither private nor accessible when offline, which h was the whole point for me. That, plus the personalized, ads make this app intrusive, controlling, and unusable.
Says complete but it won't leave my notification bar unless I mute the notification
Worked. Selected my file, 'extract here' appears at bottom of screen, press it and it extracts , in my case, my iso file from a 7zip file for my PSP emulator; then I go to my emulator, and there it is in one of the white blocks, press on that and then small image of the game, press that, and... GAME STARTS!!!!!! 😘😘😘😘😘 Thank you very much for your app. I don't know what will happen in the future, but at least I can say I know now how to unzip 7zip files ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾
Very slow reactions to request and when trying to extract a zipped file it just shows an ad. Seemingly only letting you extract if you download a different app but if you choose to close the ad, it does nothing.
7Z is the VLC of file compression. If you aren't using it, you don't know what you're doing, and your romantic partner (s) doesn't/don't respect you
No instruction on how to unzip a secure zip file..and if so, you shouldnt hide it under pages of useless description. A simple this is how you use it would suffice.. even responses to others with the same complaint were very unclear.
Disappointing. App would not create archive on alternate storage card due to an access failure. No option to allow access, and access was allowed to all it wanted during installation.
Simple, but useless. I am well educated in IT and apps, but the developers of this app are just bonkers. Oh well, could have been a really simple and good app for 1euro or 2. Your loss. Craziness. TOP RUINING THE WORLD AND LIVES OR YOU WILL HAVE NONE!
I pressed the camera button inside the app and now my camera doesn't work. This app will see the camera as an internal storage, write over it, and now my camera and flashlight don't work. Do not use this app if you want to use your camera or flashlight 😤
On Android 4 I'm having some silly crashes due to permissions, but otherwise it's just as solid and easy to use as the PC version.
Does the job for unpacking a compressed file which is the only thing i needed this app for. Does seem to be locked on 5-10 mb/s for some reason while unpacking.

I've had mixed experiences with 7Z but for the most part it does work for unzipping files on the SD card of my android device .
Just before I'm trying to extract my drive offline .tar file .but no other apps will not do.this very fast and very clear without bugs

Full screen ads after most actions. Totally unusable, even if it worked, which it didn't

Chokes you with ads, failed on first use... unzipping a perfectly good archive. Complete waste of time.

Started using and immediately started recieving weird ads.
It does what it says it does. Paying for premium to get rid of the annoying ads is highly suggested. The people who are having issues with this are just simply too dumb to use it. Which I am kind of surprised about considering how easy it is to actually use it.
