Touch states on the map to set them to red, blue, or toss up. Then touch a vote button to see the results. The first vote buttons display 10 or 100 outcomes for the current state of the map. The final vote button calculates all possible outcomes for the current state of the map.

Great work! But I suggest that you should add a reset button in the map so it's not hard to make the whole thing blank
