8-Bit Ringtones
In addition to the "8bit" tones there are a number of other tones included from the RCP Ringtones library including Sci-Fi, Space, and Tech tones (retro-futuristic tones and beeps). Also included are vocoded robotic speaking tones that say things like "you have a phonecall" and "alarm activated."
The installer app will let you preview the tones, set them as your ringtone or notification sound, or save the tones to your phone's memory (to be used with the settings, music, or alarm apps). Has everything I would like to use as my tones for the time being.
Great tones, worth the $1. You can always get a refund in the first 15 minutes but you won't want to.
Very nostalgic and cool it's basically sounds from old old video games when they first came out I think around 70s and 80s like Atari and Cleco not all of the sounds mind you just some but still cool I remembered them and played them as a kid so it's really cool to hear those sounds nowadays and for people that weren't around back then to play them it's still cool sounds definitely retro old school kind of thing :) Either way worth the buck to find out shoot nowadays we spend that on a soda and this will stay around a lot longer.
8 Bit notifications and ringtone! This app is as cool as any cat video on YouTube.

There is an issue with some of the tones being taken out, just buy the full pack and call it a day!
I absolutely love all the sounds given, regardless of a smaller selection than I originally thought it had. Though my main issue is that I'm getting a force close error every time I try and set a tone. I would love to use these if I could. I'm using an HTC Sense 3.0 Once again, fantastic, clear sounds and really organized and pleasant to look at selection menu, but major error setting them. - Kat

A good selection of '80s-inspired electronic blips & bops. If you like classic arcade games then these notifications and ringtones will be ideal. Bonus points for the attractive and easy-to-use layout.

If you're looking for sounds from the NES this is not for you. They are cool sounds tho. I got mine refunded.
Limited choice and constant fc when trying to save both ringtones and notification tones on Samsung galaxy s2
Played no sound on my Note 3
First this app has no ads which is refreshing for a ringtone app. Second the selection of the ringtones I think is quite poor, a collection of over 300 would give 5 star's. Around just 50 ringtones just isn't enough
