8bit Painter - Pixel Painter

No stylus/finger support. Lots of ads that stop the flow of work. No back/undo button. Sometimes buttons need to be pressed multiple times to get them to work. There are a serious lack of quality of life UI controls relative to the amount of annoying ads. Note 10+

sometimes it gets frustrating with the colors. its nice to have the color picker tho. I think that if you could animate your pixal drawings it would be the perfect app.

Love this app but wish I could change the graph size without losing my image. The fill remaining squares option doesn't work, it always fills the entire graph. Also, I would love the option to number the rows and columns!!!

I bought without adds before I tried it. It's lacking very necessary features such as UNDO and REDO. Also when you use the paint bucket. It wipes whatever you have been drawing and you cant get it back. I will change review if these things change.

App works great, it worked how I needed it to but the ads are excessive. Don't get me wrong, I know ads are how you make money, but it's like multiple ads every minute or two. I didn't even get close to finishing my drawing before I gave up in defeat to ads

Would be nice for quick sketches, but the nonstop ads always interrupt your work. I don't mind ads, developers need to make money, but when they actually prevent the user from using your app, it's an issue

Perfect for what I require. Thank you. Would love to pay for premium version that can provide plots for shapes made in 8bit, spheres, triangles etc. With 2D and 3D level by level representation.

So fun it's a little bit hard to know what you're trying but it's also fun and it's a good idea that your able to upload your creations world is weight easy to not have a hard time it's really hard though but it's too easy to not think about what you're going to draw next because there's so much things to pick from in pixels

As an avid gamer, I can enjoy the variety of tools offered in 8 Bit Painter. A variety of colors allow me to capture the nuances of the most detailed game characters.

I use this app to do blueprints for houses in video games like Terraria on PS4. It is very useful. Colour change grid size etc. 500 🌟 stars. But if you could keep this but add another mode IN the app for a 3D mode I would be grateful. Full marks and congratulations to the intelligence of the creator. Yes I am a 10 year old boy

This app is descent. It doesn't glitch or bug alot and the tools are okay. Not the best but not the worst. Do wish there were some more color but in the end is a good app.

Since it allows for custom size and colors it is perfect for making my crochet patterns and easy to use, lets you save, and zoom. I am quite happy

Great and very satisfying to use! Even if you aint actually doing pixel art just filling up the boxes is satesfying on it's own.

I am using this app to just generally map out different small cabin floorplans while we decide what we want for sure. It is super easy to use! I love it.

This is very good for drawing pixelized things on my phone and the only con being you can't zoom in, or at least I haven't figured out how to do it. Other than that I love this app! :D Edit: Figured out how to zoom.

This app is really good! The only thing that's missing is the undo button, like if you mess up, you need to find the same exact color again to fix it and it will be annoying, but this app is good anyway.

Simple, intuitive, and not a steep learning curve. Have used to map out both traditional quilt and crochet quilt projects successfully.

Well this is good.You can choose your own colors from a palette.But I wanst really able to put in my custom size since There were no spacing,just numbers.I just need an app that makes 8-bit drawings THAT have custom sizes.

Terrible app! I was working on a project and had the do something. So i saved the drawing. 30 minutes later i came back to see it hadn't saved.

I love this app because you can make so many different pixel-perfect drawing and paintings up to 128 x 128 px! This app also has encouraged me to make over 450 projects so far! It is a hobby that I will have forever.

App functions but i just spent 10 minutes on a sprite being interupted every 30 seconds or so untill the app randomly blanked with no way of recovering my work. I'm uninstalling as soon as i hit submit on this review.

Launching ads while picking colors makes this unusable. Better thought needs to be given when and where to show ads within the app.

Great app, lets me create the pixel art that I want, and helpful tools that let me do so. I would recommend it to anyone who has an overpowering urge to make Nintendo - style art like me.

This is the best app ever! it desrves 10 stars! I used this for one of my school projects where i had to make a wampum belt (bead pattern belt) and it worked so well! keep up the good work!
