No longer a good app: allows fraud! If driver "mistakes" the route, you pay more and cannot complain. This is a way of allowing robbery, isn't? Well, after contacting they promised to return the extra money that I paid. Then the send me a coupon by half the value. Conclusion: after 8 years using the app, I decided to stop using it.
Annoying Apps! Aftee how many minutes of waiting, they will just cancel you and wait for more munutes!! It must be monitored well and if they will cancel, the driver must pay taxes also to be fair with the passengers!!!!! Lousy apps!
I lost my wallet on a drive . Open a ticket and wrote, called the driver many times as well as the 99 company. They aiad they cant contact the driver and won't help me at all
Suddenly my card isn't accepted despite there being no issue for the past 2 years. No explanation as to what has changed or the issue
Our family uses this app even more than uber. It's not perfect, but it has yet to let us down, and it is entirely possible we use it a lot more than a lot of folks.
Now that the chips are down and life is difficult, the superiority of the 99 app shines like the sun in the sky. It remains to be seen whether it can compete with Uber Lite when the internet signal is weak. The reduction in size from 89 gb to 71 is a masterpiece .....Congratulations !
firstly, this app is poorly made and optimized, but I mean, so is Uber, but at least Uber has more drivers, I live in a big city, sometimes I had waiting times up to 8 minutes, this is (for me at least) a secondary app if something is wrong with uber
I would like to say its a great app. But we are way past the 24 time they set to verify my card so I can use the ride app. Meanwhile, I have to use cash and Im not thrilled. Maybe they will se this and actually come through. But, Im currently in Brazil and dont expect much.
This app is pure garbage. It doesn't work at all. Upd Nov-19: First thing you should do to improve is to stop responding in a childish way. Your response looks like it was written by a small kid. Then, you should fix the App. Whenever I open it, the screen keeps changing all by itself, without touching it. It keeps zooming in and out and changing the 99 cars positions on the map. Clear cache does not solve anything.
Good for receiving notifications about services unrelated to transportation. Awful for getting a ride - too many cancellations, you will spend more time waiting than commuting.
Not able to register, I do not receive SMS message. Very disappointed. Don't ask me to contact your help center, no reason why I cannot register.
Much better services by the drivers than the other company which idea and services are the same. Yes, I'm talking about Uber, and, of course, this app is really intuitive, fast and the route it trades is also clear. I do recommend it. by the way, I just love it for having debt payment option. I wish I could see the driver's profile with more details.
99 in Brazil accepts my international credit cards, which is a relief (Uber doesn't). App is easy to use, too.
When trying to get a ride, it declines all online payment, the only payment that it accepts is cash or debit card paid directly to the driver.
it happens all the time: when finishing a travel, the app doesn't show the "rate" stars, so I frequently forget to giving the stars to the drivers. I don't know why this happens. Also, you guys could implement a feature for us to share a ride with someone else, splitting the value, as uber does.
App is not safe!! They were failed into keep my data safe, and my data was sent to another person then this person tried to buy a high pressure washer with my credit card without my permission. I have got able to cancel this transaction in time.
Terrible service. I couldn't request a ride because the app gave an error 'system is busy. Please try again later'. I opened an issue about it and reported this problem a few times. But they just closed the issue again and again without even responding to me. Very bad experience.
Worst Private Car app ever. I have 2 discount coupons, I've try to use it for 3 times and it doesn't work, on the end of the trip I'm charged the full amount. The support doesn't help at all, I've sent 3 emails and they didn't fix the problem. Waste of time, Uber is much better.
I never had issues with this app using it for one year and a half, but recently, things have changed. Drivera have way too freedom to act as they want, and we, the passengers, don't have much of a say. Today, a driver stopped far away from the meeting point and confirmed he had arrived, while he was almost half kilometer away. And since the app has no way to directly call for assistance from an moderator or something of the kind, not only I was unable to solve that, but also need to pay a fee.
App Review is way passed due. This app works but mostly for foreign countries like Brazil or Europe. Dont waste your time downloading it in the USA if your having issues its not the app. Its you and your phone. Its met to work for people out of the us. I know because I was in florida last week, and now im in brazil using it. Its super easy. Its just another Version of uber thats all it is. Just for other countries. Review 5 star. Specially during covid times. They. did a very professional job.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!Run away from this app, if they ever mischarge you (and this happens REALLY often) you will have a hard time getting your rightfull money back. Plus, the drivers are worst than on competitors app. Yesterday a driver took forever , passed by me twice, lied in the app saying he had arrived at the destination, didnt answer my call, then cancelled the ride getting my money from the cancellation fee. When I contacted customer center they denied the refund (!)
They keep giving me "in app discounts" but I'm not allowed to pay for the rides with my cards inside the app. I have tried 5 different cards, credit, debit, PayPal and nothing. It has been more than a year that I communicate this for the first time and tried to solve but they don't really care - which says a lot about how they value their clients
I love 99. There's one small problem though, the app seems unable to spot me where I am, except for the home address. Not even writing the exact address, neighborhood and city name avoids the exclamation point (!) and the message "try another adress". Sometimes I try up to three different adresses, I keep walking and trying new pick up points...
App is unstable sometimes and customer service is a little slow. Fixed price carries a bunch of limitations that make it not so fixed sometimes so you can have bad surprises. But has great prices and promos so it's worth it.
The user experience needs a lot of improvements. The request for a driver times out after 5min which is annoying. It also takes a lot for the request to be confirmed. And the navigation is messy.
Horrible app. I've waited up to 4 hours because every driver cancels, the average wait for me is about 2 hours because of the cancelations. That should be penalties for drivers for canceling and there should be rewards for customers that were canceled on, those penalties and rewards should be financial, because that's the best way to hurt the drivers who keep canceling.
