9Round Pulse

displays only an empty window with large red button to "save", (save what I have no idea), then if you click save (because it's all you can do) it tells you you must choose a device to continue, but there are no devices listed. And you can't refresh or navigate away from that "save" window. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed. Garbage.

After reading some of the comments about problems pairing, I was concerned about it. The documentation for the device is terrible, IMO. However, pairing works if one does it correctly. First, put the HRM on, yes, on your chest. Next, go to the Bluetooth settings and see if the HRM is seen, do not attempt to pair as it will not connect. Once it is there, open the pulse app and you show see the device. Hit connect and the device connects.

I second all of the reviews I've read about not being able to pair my device. I followed all steps (put it on, made sure it showed up under my bluetooth devices, etc) and the app still won't detect it. Super disappointing. I know you all are charging me an arm and a leg for 9round can't you afford a developer to make the app for you?!

This app is absolute trash. Keeps disconnecting my device and shuts down in the middle of a workout. Doesn't record all the workouts in history. Did a 4th grader develop this app? Come on 9Round, you are better than this. At least when you're in an actual gym the system works. Too bad there's not zero stars.

Works fine so far after 3 uses with my phone in my jacket pocket during a workout. I feel there are obvious functions missing. It's currently such a basic app with only a single purpose to show one's heart rate, yet the only real indications are average HR for the workout, pulse points, and alleged calories burned. Where are the workout graphs showing 5, 10 or even just 30 second interval HR? My fitbit Charge 2 shows this, and it's nowhere near my heart! This should be far more accurate.

I think the app thinks there were 29 days in February, because everything has uploaded as the wrong date since March started. For example, I worked out on March 3rd and 4th, and the workout history shows I worked out March 2nd and 3rd. A fix for that would be great!

Worked well for a few months, then last week just stopped connecting. I tried two new batteries and it will not stay connected! I've un- installed and re- installed the app, tried restarting my phone, etc but nothing works!

The moment you switch out of the app, all the workout progress data is lost. That is the worst design you could have for a fitness app as you switch between apps like the music app or a phone call.

Shows my Aug 8, 2019 workout with a date of July 22, 2019. I wasn't even a member then. Also, I can't exit the app. I hit the back button once and it says hit the back button again to exit but no matter how many times I hit the back button it doesn't exit. I have to kill the app.

cannot pair my device. my phone doesnt find it. GPS and bluetooth on. where I assume I need to add my device name in the app, it just spins and spins and I cant select the field to add the device. please fix this. I've had my device for 2 months and the problem still exists

What happened over the weekend? Workout history is no longer populating, the screen just sits there blank trying to load. Update: App hasn't shown any workouts for almost a month now and I've been there 14 times per the website!

The biggest fail of all the fails. If i could I would give -10. It keeps asking me to complete my personal information and when I do that, I'm just unable to click on "save". I'm sooo frustrated.

had trouble pairing however, it was a user error. After realizing I had to have it plugged on to the strap it paired up right away and works like a charm!! hell yea 9 round peace maker!!

App closes every time I try to use it. When it doesn't close, it connects to my pulse belt for all of 3 seconds before disconnecting and stopping yet again. Garbage app.

If i could give this app zero stars, I would. I keep getting a fail message everytime I try to reset my password. Its been useless for months so I'm training without knowing what my heart rate is. I'm extremely disappointed.
