I recently installed this thinking it would be a good replacement for the emails - I could check it for coupons when I was going out rather than deal with emails every single day. At first it seemed like that would work, but now it won't even open - the logo just keeps spinning. I'll keep it installed in the hope an update will fix the problem, but right now its useless.

I've been using the app for a few years & found it helpful. I check the ad & use the coupons regularly. Since the last update, I cant even get the app to open on my phone. It's really frustrating, and I hope they fix it soon, other wise we'll have to gonout of our way to go to another craft store before my kids' February break.

Broken app. Sign in shows as successful, but really is not. Just goes in a loop. Constantly asking to sign in, then shows you have successfully signed in (but you actually have not). You cannot get to your account details, even though it shows as if you have successfully signed in. Complete failure. Any idea when it will be repaired?

I've tried installing this app three times so far, without any success yet. All I get is the "oops, something's wrong" pop up--I've yet to get to open an account, let alone access a coupon. I sincerely hope this gets fixed soon.

This app constantly had log in errors and the few times I am able to log in I dont get and of my member or account features. It doesnt show me my pinwheel points, it doesnt give me my card to scan at registers. This app is not worth the aggravation it causes to set up and navigate. I spend to much money in this store for this app to be slowing me up as much as it does.

This app is TERRIBLE. It never works. I've uninstalled & reinstalled several times, but, nothing ever loads. This is in some serious need of fixing. I would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

I like the app for other reasons than I wanted to download it for... I like the projects and stuff on it. I like what it is. But I downloaded it in hopes that I could search an item that I want in the store. And view the price, details on the item, and more. I would enjoy if this feature was one day added onto the app, but for now, just 3 stars because I wish there was more to this app.

This app does not work whenever I'm in the store. It used to work fine, but about a month it stopped working whenever I try to use a coupon. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app- still not working in store.

FRUSTRATING! Since the update I cant use the app. phone says install successful. App says, "wow, something went wrong". Takes me to uninstall or open option. continuous loop! No option to do anything else.

Red square with logo but does nothing, absolutely nothing at all. As a non-driving bicyclist living in upstate New York, I want to know the item I'm planning to purchase is available, especially in the winter. If I need it and my local A.C. Moore has it, I will brave the cold and ride to get it. But the app won't open, so I'm not risking a potentially fruitless trip in 27° weather.

HORRIBLE SINCE THE UPDATE!!!!! i use to get reward members checks in the mail and this app use to be a dream. now its so slow and glitchy make me wonder all they doing on my phone to be this slow. never stay logged in and cant open my coupons. several people be at the register holding up the line because of this horrible app.

transaction history was taken away, I used a coupon for 1500 bonus points and never got them. there are more options with this version but transaction history needs to be brought back.

Don't know anything about the app it won't even open so it is useless to me I guess I'll just stick with the email coupons at least they work! So bummed I was excited to download the app and search for things before I wasted a trip to go and not find what I was looking for. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!

the app used to work fine, but for months now when I try to use it all I get is a message that it needs to be updated. I've tried updating it and even uninstalling and redoing it didn't help. Please fix it!

Has the best selection of arts, crafts, seasonal decorations. I have found everything I went there to purchase. They also have a wide variety of merchandise. I could literally spend a paycheck in there. Love the yarn selection.

This app is horrible! It wont let me sign in . It keeps giving me error messages. I have reset my password, deleted and reinstalled the app snd nothing works. I cant see my reward points cant see the circular...you need to fix it!

i have only been able to open thus app ine time since the update in December and that was when I was in the store. Prior to that update I had no problem. It's a fail for me and keepsnme out of the store.

There is something wrong with the app. I've downloaded 3 different times and keep receiving and error message every time I try to search anything.

It looks like you can now purchase from the app. Tried to log in to my account, CANT. Wont load. Uninstalled and re-installed, reset my password and still cant log in. Please fix. I LOVE AC moore. Im there quite often.

What has happened to the app? Weekly Ad keeps asking for my zipcode even after I selected my favorite store. I enter my zipcode and it gives me stores 50+ miles away!! Stupid! Other than that, it's a good app. Fix the weekly ad .

i used to use this app all the time. It hasnt been working anymore. they said they were fixing it and it still is not working. i cant even sign in on it so i habe no idea about coupons or points ive recieved.

since they upgraded or changed their website its been a nightmare to log in n out of. I had to reset my password several times and still cant get to sifn into the app. I dont like this change now i cant get into the site .. not a fan

it stopped letting me sign in, saying my password was incorrect. so I reset it still saying incorrect. I signed in on a browser with no problem but the app will not let me!!! been like this for months.

Use to love the app to manage sales, rewards, and coupons. But, lately, it just hangs when I try to log into my account. So, useless when I'm at the store.

I was told they were working on updating the app and it would be out in a week. That was 2 weeks ago... finally updated after over a month after them telling me it would be. definitely nicer

I have downloaded this app on three of my cell phones, and every time, it does not allow me to log in to my account. The good thing is that it allows me to use the coupons, but the online account is not available.
