A Call From Santa!

Until recently was great. Since recent updates, however, doesn't allow access to premium features even though I've paid. Also purchased tour of North Pole video and it's a nightmare to create. One ad after another. Only allows me to add one recipient, yet it suggests adding at least two recipients for best experience. Supposed to be able to add up to 8. What was once an entertaining app has turned into a frustrating waste of time.

I used this app last year and loved it. Renewed my premium subscription last night a. D used it once and it worked great. I just went to use it and, while it's showing on Google play tjay I've paid for the premium version, the app itself is requiring me to upgrade to unlock the paid for functions. On top of that, the button to get help isn't working, so that's always fun. Update: after going back and forth thru email(because the support button in app wasn't working), they corrected the problem!

Love this app. Had the free version for a while which was brilliant, just upgraded to premium. Best app of its kind in my opinion, I checked out loads of other similar ones but non as good as this, i like that the santa has a British accent. I love that the calls/videos can be personalised & I like that it saves any interaction so you can look back on them. The only thing which would make this app better is an option to 'facetime' Santa. Ideal for kids. Would definitely reccomed.

The app, it no longer functions on Samsung Galaxy Tab A, with general unresponsiveness, endless loading and even crashes. This was a fun app for me and my sister so I'm quite disappointed but I suppose it is just a santa phone app to keep the kiddies in check. I can only hope it works on their parents' phones. Update: A star removed for the insane pop-up ads. Weren't making enough money from the broken app as it was, eh? Man, I used to have fun with this one too. 😕

I was so glad to fine this app. I had been using a different platform for years but this year you have to pay a crazy amount to use it. This app is mostly free and very good. Wish there were a few other options like is helpful, is trying hard. I would also like when the calls are over it goes to a black screen for a bit longer to give parents a chance to get phone back. But that is getting picky. I would suggest this for everyone.

Out of all the santa apps this one is great. Alot of the apps out there are maybe a little better and have better features but they will charge you per call or text or per video. I think i paid maybe $5 in 2016 for all the full features..... Forever. I somehow lost this app and thank God i found it again. I logged in and i still have full access. You cant beat this. Im not sure what is costs now but some apps out there are super expensive. This one is well worth the premium price for what is it. I definitely recommend this app

FURIOUS!! My app wasn't showing as the premium version despite me paying.Contacted them to advise. Received a reply to advise that someone else from a random fb account and email that I don't recognise has been using my account. Finally got back into app to find that I have access to someone elses childrens info and videos, so I'm presuming that they have also had acess to my childrens personal calls/videos. This is so wrong on many levels. Just doesn't seem secure at all. Avoid!!

I've used this app previously and my kids loved it so much I bought the full version. I just recently switched phones and am having trouble getting my full version back. I've emailed for help already but it is a bit unfriendly when switching devices.

Brilliant app, been using it for years now. Amazing how the kids react to it, reading reviews that it isn't working... It is working perfectly well for me and all the features are available and zero ads👍 highly recommend

Absolutely adorable! I just downloaded the app and it has been adorable. It does ask the age each time and then tells them something they like which my son is alwayd surprised as it is always something different and bc of settings it is something he likes! It helps a lot with the huge selection of reasons for Santa to call and makes it more realistic for the kids! You all did an amazing job with this app it was well thought out and not just a fly by night generic call app!! Thank you!!

My 2 year old is obsessed with Santa videos (in April). I downloaded this app, and signed up for the premium version. However, there are three video options and two of them require me to upload a photo for them to work. I attempt to upload the photo and it tells me there is an error and to try again, every single time. I've been trying for over a week. So I can only use the one video option because of this error. I looked for a way to report the problem, and other than leaving it as a review I haven't found out how to get technical support. My son watches the video several times a day, but why am I paying for the premium if I can only use 1/3 of the videos?? Until they fix this, I am going to have to give it a lower rating,. It's a shame, because if all functions worked, it really is a good app.

Amazing. The customisations are wonderful and the ability to have a call just to say they're doing a good job at school or that they're not behaving as well as usual as well as everything else you can do is amazing. Second year running I'm using this absolute gem of an app. This really does amplify the magic for my little dudes.

I paid for the subscription and it won't record all of my calls. It's gotten most of them but a few times it's said 'mic off' and hasn't recorded the call. I have my settings correct, tonight it only recorded two out of three calls and we missed a really good one of my youngest daughter. The app is really cute though. My three year old loves it.

This app is wonderful. Seriously. It is so realistic sounding. My kids love talking to Santa, but I think it's time to add some different things that Santa says in the beginning of the call. My kids are starting to catch on bc he says the same few things everytime. And at the end of the call as well, when he's telling them goodbye. So the kids won't think it's just a pre-recorded message. Other than that, this app is awesome.

Was excellent until recent update made recipients impossible to edit, create, or update. I tried to edit my son's interests, but every option just quickly flashes a selection and never selects anything. Was absolutely perfect until this recent update. Now my son will wonder why Santa won't call anymore. A bit awful, not even considering the $ we paid for the app. (Galaxy Note 8: Will re-review if fixed soon)

App was amazing last year. But this year it wont even let me access it, it says it is not connected to network. This stays no matter what i try, with restarting wifi, phone, reinstalling app etc. I have a premium subscription so its very disappointing to not even be able to use it

Best Santa Calling App for Children hands down! My children are 13 and under and they are always impressed with a personal call from Santa. They are believers (like me 😉 ) and this helps them identify their behavior and correct it. I love the video options and I wish they would add more. Also the messaging feature needs a bit of work as my children like to message and ask questions that are a bit more detailed. This is the best app I've purchased and I will continue to do so, So Worth it!!!

I loved this app and thought at £1.99 a year it was great value that will bring fun to my kids but also support the app. however once I subscribed none of the premium content was available. this is so frustrating. if £1.99 has been taken I would like it back. I have cancelled my subscription.

Absolute scam! Paid for it for the last 4 years for my little one as she really enjoyed it. But this year it charges me for the premium like every other year but when i open it it says its linked to another account... ive only got one account! Complete scam!

I absolutely love this app! I have a four year old son that could not believe that Santa actually knew how old he was. I loved seeing the joy on his face when he got to speak to Santa! Absolutely one of the best apps ever created. Thank you for understanding that kids can be a challenge at times. This makes things so much easier. Sincerely, a very thankful mommy 😊

I used this app last year and it was great! Upgraded to premium again! But the little ones are getting tech savy! Maybe change app icon cause my five year old knows the difference between apps & contacts so i had to add Santa to my contacts. Thanks for a great app!

This app is great. I'm a daycare administrator and this is way better than the usual threats and even the elf on a shelf. Infact I've used it twice in the 2 days I've had it on different kids and it's really been helpful AND it keeps the magic alive (except that pesky ad but if you know it is coming you can quickly mute after the call.) I just told one of the teachers that if I have a 3rd success story with it I may have to spring for premium!

Same issue as everyone else it seems, subscribed last year, this year the app.has seemed to have forgotten about the subscription, and have to contact support. Otherwise good! Will upgrade rating once issue with subscription is resolved.

I would have LOVED to have put 5* and originally I would have but I paid to upgrade in November and it was THE perfect app for my daughter. Unfortunately, since downloading it on my my new phone (still using the same log in details as the subscription) it says I've subscribed but not working. I've tried clicking on help/support on the app, but nothing comes up? I would appreciate any help and then I will happily change my rating to a 5*

My kids love this. We used the free app in the past but decided to upgrade to premium. There were some connection issues at first but it is working well now. A great concept to keep the magic of Christmas alive in young ones.
