A&D Connect

Does not connect to my phone via Bluetooth at all. It never has, over the last ~2 years that I have had my scale and attempted to sync my scale to three different phone models. It seems as though this is a common problem for more people than just myself, going off of how many one-star reviews there are for this one app. Not sure if the developers even read these reviews and work on their issues, at this point, since an error this obstructive should have been resolved ages ago. The one saving grace is that there is an option for manual weight input, but I would much rather have it done faster via automatic Bluetooth fill-in... like the scale advertised it could do from the start, and never has been able to do thus far.

Practically useless and possibly harmful. The app is never on, but apparently runs in the background no matter what I do. I regularly receive notifications that the app has stopped working. It interrupts productivity in other apps to tell me it has stopped working when I never asked it to run. When used with the cuff, it works fine. But what is it doing to my phone besides using a ton of unnecessary battery? Buggy as all hell. This is unprofessional and should be addressed. Sending error reports has had no effect.

Connects Fine. Useless Implementation. I had no difficulties connecting to Bluetooth and having my result show on my phone. However, I never saw more than the most recent results. The app did not save a list of readings. Also using for two or more people is problematic as each requires separate login. There're many good apps to keep a diary of results. I can easily key in the three numbers the device shows. Some even email directly to a doctor. Skip this useless tool completely.

Worst app ever! I have spent an hour trying to get this thing to connect to the scale. Luckily I can return the scale. I already have a scale so I have no use for this one without the bluetooth functionality. I'm going to buy a better scale a friend told me about on Amazon. it's only $30 & also measures things like muscle mass, water levels, etc.

The scale is fine, but this is the most worthless app I've ever seen. Who in the world does tiny white fonts on a light green screen? The print is nearly invisible. It's not user friendly in anyway at all. You have to guess most of the time ... and that's IF you get the app to work at all. Scale won't pair, weights get rejected all the time. If I could give this a negative number ... it would be a negative 10.

Finally got the app to pair with my BP device. It's not obvious, you must watch their video. The graphing part of the app is really bad. To upload your data, go to History (tabular data) and hit the upload button there. Everywhere else the upload button just uploads a screenshot. Later you can view your data in excel and produce better graphs. This app needs a rewrite.

Useless app. Bluetooth won't connect to any device, so you're stuck entering your weight manually, which makes both the "8 users" and "30 measurements" features of the scale unusable. I overpaid for the scale because of the promised Bluetooth connectivity and mobile app. Without the app, the scale is nothing more than a plane scale. And without the scale connection, the app is nothing more than a spreadsheet. Oh and the "Share" button in the app doesn't even work. Just remove his app already.

Connects just fine to my scale and blood pressure machine. This does not connect to any third party software ie google fit or Samsung health or Strava. Also does not record data from third party equipment ie samsung galaxy watch. Also export data is just a picture and not a pdf or excel spreadsheet. This app really needs to be updated. Some features would be willing to pay for. I give this one an overall 1 out of 10. I see you have a Canadian version that doctors are able to receive data.

There is no way to share data with you doctor as stated... other than a vague looking screenshot of a graph that does not include the exact readings. There is no data extract that should be available in a table that includes all of the readings and the date and time. Also make sure you fill out your information correctly the first time because the application does not save any change ever made in your profile. The software is pointless without a way to share / extract date.

needs a major update. works but bp number do not fit on phone screen. I am able to get to graph of bp rubbing my finger on the screen but it just seems I am lucky and it changes page. no real button to push..??. now almost every time my bp is transferred to my phone the app closes. bluetooth seems to work well and bp unit is excellent. the app is ok but I have some computer intuition...someone who doesn't may find the app totally frustrating and not use it..fix it plz.

I have a A & D medical scale model number UC-355PBT-CiV And your app won't let me connect to it or give me a option to connect to the app please advise on what I should do!

Frustration, thy name is A&D Connect... I got this app because I just bought a UA-651BLE which, supposedly, would automatically transfer readings to Samsung Health. It only does so randomly. Further, the Help for this app shows screens that I've yet to see in the app itself, making that useless AND though I've taken SEVERAL BP readings with the device, not a SINGLE ONE of these readings shows up in this app! This app is free, and worth every cent of that.

The pairing process, even after watching the video, wasn't as intuitive as i had expected. The manual needs to emphasize the need to pair through the app instead of the phone settings. User assumptions are hard to overcome. Once paired, I havent had any problems.

Terrible. I signed up with a password and my email, then I try to sign in with that password and it says it's incorrect. So I clicked reset and put in the exact same password. I'm not old or tech-illiterate and this certainly isn't helping with the blood pressure issue. Tried again with my work email, but really not impressed and don't feel they should have access to my info.

Inconvenient - This app is a bit frustrating. Apparently you can only set up the different users once the scale is synced with your mobile device, then you can't access the list of users to change anything. I just registered with the app, made myself the P1 user and the app says "Measurement Rejected: User number different from registered user number." This app is not ready for launch but its been around and needs major enhancement.

Compatible with Android 9.0 ? I have used this app many times in the past on my older phone Android 6. I remember I did not have as many difficulties as on my new phone (Galaxy A50) and tablet (Galaxy Tab S4), both running Android 9. What do I have to do to get the BP sync onto my devices ? After many tries they eventually sync but I cannot see why (or why not the unsuccessful times). Please HELP !! UPDATE 14 feb 2020. Still not syncing. Customer support not helpful. If I can give zero star !

Great App! Have had it for about 2 years on my Android phone and never had problems with it. My doctor is very pleased with me being able to send her the results, once a week, limiting me visiting the clinic.

It doesn't connect with the machine. I bought it to connect with wifi and automatically keep a record. It doesn't!!! There is something wrong with the Bluetooth or the app. I'm returning it.

I bought my specific blood pressure cuff because of this app, and the help is useless. The app doesn't have the features it says it does and never downloads anything. It is less than worthless, and I notice there is never a response from the creators on any of the previous reviews. I would give it zero stars if that were possible.

While overall a good app, it needs a way to go in and delete errors from the blood pressure list. Like when my dog jumped in my lap and it caused me to move my arm and get nothing but err err err. I REALLY want a way to remove that, or when my wife was messing with it and her BP was recorded in my app. There is a huge difference between our BP's. Other than that, it's really easy to use, and I like it a lot.

Cannot login to set up device. Web link on Google play does not open. Not a great intro to what i thought would be a helpful device. Ruined by bad code like most consumer grade smart devices. Returning ASAP. Not even going to waste time troubleshooting or requesting help from devs.
