A-EFIS free

A-EFIS includes the following instruments:
- Attitude Indicator (AHRS)
- Slip indicator
- Magnetic compass(NEEDS CALIBRATION: Read the user's guide first)
- Turn coordinator
- True course indicator
- Ground speed, altitude and vario indicator based on GPS
Operation is based on native sensors or sensors from an AEOLUS-SENSE sensor box. For correct operation with the internal sensors of your mobile phone/tablet, your device must equipped with a 3-axis gyroscope, a 3-axis accelerometer, a magnetic compass and a GPS receiver.
Robust stochastic sensor fusion algorithms guarantee correct attitude indication under any condition.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF GYROSCOPES, ACCELEROMETERS AND GPS AREN'T AVAILABLE, ATTITUDE WON'T WORK AT ALL WITHOUT AN EXTERNAL AEOLUS-SENSE SENSOR BOX.
The only limitation of the free version is that it is in Black and White. If you like this app, please consider buying the full (color) version.

Looks like a version of EFIS TA, but not crippled. I couldn't figure out how to get into the setup screens... it's easy, just swipe the whole screen to the left! It seems to work ok on the ground but will fly this pretty soon and see what happens. Will report back. Samsung T800 10.5" tablet.
Turn by turn works only when above 1,000 ft., AGL. I don't fly fast enough to get lost, sometimes the ducks beat me home! Ok, all jokes aside, I love this app.! Set it up with a ADS-B dongle, the Hillbilly way, not in this Sandbox directly, but nicely on the side thanks to dogged determination, Samsungs split screen. The developer is correct, side by side not intermingled. But this is such a good gadget, that actually works accurately in an airplane with RDARBX ADS-B need to email, B&W rocks!
Hi, im curious to what the physics behind the issue is with your warning about helicopters. I noticed that the AH drifts in roll to the left (bell206L, practical nil vibrations) but i would have thought that the forces felt by the phone are the same whether a helicopter, plane, car, boat, horseback, etc etc.. as far as i know the AH that we have are the same as offered for the fixed wing market, even the aspen panels that some have. Thankyou
Won't run on Samsung Galaxy Tab. Says "sensors missing". Can't get a message to support because "security token did not match" ???
Still learning how to use it, but so far it is a great back up in the plane and very user friendly.
Refuses to recognise active onboard GPS. With panel telling you this in middle of screen... Not much use as an EFIS.

I can't seem to keep the mph/ft settings on screen as it constantly changes back to kph, making it unusable. It's cute, even in B&W, but without being able to lock the settings, that's all it is.
Couldn't access the GPS internal to my Nexus7 2013.
Says there are no gyro sensors in my Droid Maxx 2, but other apps use them just fine. Oh well...

Really good and stable app. So far used it only for attitude indicator and turn coordinator. I would love to use it for navigation, and I was wondering is there any way to save custom waypoints so that editing flight plan is easier in case of diversions?
