App is barely functional and when you do manage to successfully book a taxi the office staff cancel it when they feel they're too busy...no warnings or courtesy call, just straight up cancelled. Terrible customer service, awful attitude. Honestly, do yourself a favour and walk.
Was great when I started using it could get a taxi in 10mins. now like people have said you try to book, and keeps saying booking can't be taken even trying a hour in advance and then ring to say haven't got anything for a hour Very poor getting as bad as city
Doesn't actually book taxis... no option to add card, you just attempt to book then look at the greyed out option despite trying to book 6 hours in advance
Pointless app. Booked through the app with a 5 minute wait. Then the company cancelled the booking with no reason or justification.

Will state able to serve within ten minutes. The office will call/text to say they can't honour obligation. Poor.

The option to pay by card via the app would be a big improvement.
Was good, no longer works after the "fare quote" update, every time I put in my address which is is Chesterfield to Mastin Moor it says how no cars are available. This used to work fine. Please fix this!
Does its job, gets a taxi, but doesn't show any car reg or car location when tracking most of the time. Club taxi app works smoother.
Good quick app but needs to update quicker and also gave wrong car reg. But otherwise very happy with it

Just says failed to connect

This app is nearly as good as the taxi company! Brilliant app and service
Doesn't let you book a taxi unless you complete the fair quote but once complete it tells you there's no cars available. Thumbs down I'm afraid.
App itself is fine but like others have said. When you book a cab that says 10 min wait to get a call that changes it to say 30 min or more wait is a pain. Other than that it runs smoothly and I like that you can track the driver once it's booked.
