This app works great most of the time. Recently I have been having to login on Chrome whether it be on my laptop or phone because I get it not showing my account and asking if I want to link one or that my account can't be retrieved at the time. I don't know what's going on but it does make me a little stressed out sometimes. Been using this app since I got my account so it's not bad but some things need to be fixed.

This app used to be a disaster it would never work, randomly bring up menus, and generally be a pain to work with. But it seems like A+ has finally fixed it. I no longer have any of the problems I used to have and everything works great with the exception of mobile check depositing which I have never gotten to work. Thanks for fixing your app A+!

While it's good to check your account balance or make other transaction, this app consistently crashes and restarts every single time I try to complete a mobile deposit. I get as far as taking a photo of the check and trying to go to the next step to deposit it when the app crashes and I have to log back into it to try again. I've tried un-installing the app and then re-installing it numerous times to see if I simply needed an update but that didn't solve the problem. It's pretty inconvenient when I'm half a state away from a A+ branch and need to deposit a check. If this was fixed and I could actually use it for mobile deposits, that would be great but for the time being, I've given up on it. The only reason I keep the app on my phone is to check my balance.

Something weird happened about a month ago where in Mobile deposit to the picture in the screen when taking the picture is turned 90 degrees. I've gone to the bank they couldn't figure it out, I've got to Mobile provider and they said it's weird and has never seen that. I've rebooted my phone and uninstalled the app several times and it still turns the picture. Now once I can get the picture taken it shows up normal but it's so hard to get a good picture looking at it all distorted when it's turn

This APP used to work great until the most recent update. I am logged out before I am able to check my accounts. Unable to deposit checks anymore since it logs me out before I can finish the process. Really unable to do anything anymore, which is very disappointing as it was extremely useful before. Please fix this issue! Very frustrating as I am at work during your business hours, and find it difficult to make it into your branches.

I really love this app. To have your bank with you and where ever. But i have been having trouble with it lately. When i open it i can't open my accounts. The screen turns white. Or it won't open at all. The app will never open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has changed. Can this get fixed please.

Multiple times have had payments not actually go through when I thought they had. No biometric security. And just recently (and only partially) supports credit card auto fill of information. This clunky app no doubt has impacted my credit score and would make me consider not using A plus in the future because they're hard to do business with. The app has also locked me out with a correct, remembered password before somehow and can only be unlocked during regular business hours.... Yikes. Why??

Update 1/11/19: A bug fix was put in place. So far so good. I can actually get in the app again. 12/18: As of about a week ago I can no longer get into the app, which means I can't deposit my checks without going into the bank. It just continuously spins. I can uninstall and reinstall, but it boots me out of the app the second I try to do anything.

Very hard to use. Don't know when payments are due. Can't make partial payments and keep up with it especially when you have 3 cars. First time I have been late on a car payment in a long time only because I wasn't sure I'd it was due. This app needs a serious overhaul. I would have financed with another company had I known how difficult this app is. Everything I pay is online so it is extremely important that it is easy up use. Hope this helps.

As others have mentioned, the mobile deposits system for checks is ATROCIOUS. It constantly fails to capture images or thinks you haven't endorsed despite it being clearly legible. The app developer has zero intention of fixing this as I've had the app for almost three years now with the same issue. Other than checking your bank account this is a waste of an app.

I've had this app for years it was great. Now for some reason it isn't. My android decided to dump my app. So when I re-installed this app I keep getting a white box stating app keeps shutting down. I was able to get in the A+ mobile through an email, it still had all my info and password. I'm perplexed not good to wake up to. My cell phones app works just fine, I want my app back.

Would give 5stars, but the app does not have the capability to transfer through Zelle, and the length of time it takes to verify external accounts makes it useless. Especially when you have a busy schedule. You only get the initial email, but no reminders.

This is a great app and i like the seamless experience across my tablet and mobile (some banks only optimize one). My only complaint is the lack of a Zelle feature. Without that integration it's ridiculously annoying to transfer money to other accounts. Especially in this day and age where people pay friends when going out, etc.

This app is atrocious. The poor wording makes it confusing. It won't save my payment info or even allow for auto fill. It only remembers my login user name but auto fills asterisks instead of the letters but won't accept them. God forbid you forget your password after you've gone paperless because their security measures require 14 step verification and if you don't nail everything they won't let you in. This whole institution is a PITA.

Nothing is simple on this app. Instead of easy, direct tabs like "make a payment", I have to re-learn how to get to the window I need in order to make a car payment every month. And nothing is quick. I just need to pay the same car note with the same banking info as last month.

while a pretty good app itself, i dislike having to input my password Everytime i just want to check my balance. i use an extremely long randomly generated password that i can't possibly remember. maybe a good solution would be an opt-in setting to show balance without having to log in, maybe with pin protection too, but require password for any further activities. is such a thing even possible? cash.me app does exactly that...

I have not been able to log in to this app since around Nvember/December 2018. it said my connection was too slow. Took phone to carrier and they said it wasnt phone. Just downloaded current update and it said loading (no error message) but after 5 minutes of it spinning and saying "Loading" I gave up. App has not been usable for at least four months.

Wanted to like it, but it's too clunky. I feel as if it's too far behind. Also throws "unknown error" when trying to do the simplest things, like trying to pay your loan. At that point all you can do is wait for it to figure itself out, which isn't really all that convenient. I feel like it could definitely use a good overhaul.

I have to uninstall then reinstall every time I try and use the app. It works one time and then I do the process all over again. The app is up to date and everything. If I try and log in again I just get an endless loading circle.

I uninstalled the app because every time I tried to log in it would keep scrolling and this had gone on for days. I installed the app again and I cannot log in because I don't know my user ID. Previously my ID was saved showing asterisks only. Most every other app shows the user ID . There is no option for "Forgot User ID?" I really like the app but it needs to be user friendly so I can actually use it.

It used to work great, now I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to look at my account. It is extremely inconvenient, especially as someone who lives far from any branches. Mobile banking is the only reason I've stayed with A+ for as long as I have.

Login in used to be easy and thanks to the fingerprint login even better, but a while back when I would try to log in it would just stay at the loading screen. The only way to resolve it is by uninstalling and reinstalling, but a one time use. Also my personal information wouldn't update, I changed my number and even edited it on the app to use my new number for verification security options, but it only let's me use my old number. The app needs work, but the A+ bank is still a good bank.

Failed logins and constant spinning after different login types: fingerprint and passcode. Please fix ASAP! I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled but still to no avail. I forgotten the password but have to call in due to all my devices stating not registered devices to reset. Have to wait until after work to resolve...
