**Easily Share Any Information on the App**
The A-Z Oil Guide app makes it easy to share the information with others with the Share Option. When you are looking at a certain oil there are two options on the top left hand side, Keep or Share. When you click on share there will be two options that show up: Share via Text and Share via Email. This makes it very easy to share the information and to get a persons contact information so you can get them a sample, invite them to a class, set up a time to meet with them and do a one on one, and for you to teach them more about essential oils if they are interested in learning more.
**Why Does the App Cost $9.99/year? **
Not only do you receive monthly exclusive offers, but by downloading the app for free from iTunes or Google Play and by paying for the app in the app then you now can download the app onto all the devices in your household including your phone, your tablet, your iPad etc.

For a book that costs a dollar and website that give infor free, this is not worth $9.99 a year! I would be willing to pay a dollar a year if the app funtioned very well. (I haven't tried it yet since I don't want to pay, and the book is pocket sized and with me all the time.)
Loved this when I saw it at a Welness Consultant demo on the demo phone. When I installed it and tried to log in it it gave me an error message then it would let me log in at all. Can't use it and feel like I wasted 9.99. Won't renew if I can't get it to work! :(
Got fhis app a month or so ago and refer to it constantly. There's a lot of detailed information out there to get lost in - I like this one because I can quickly look up something - an oil or a condition - and get a concise answer immediately.
Keep getting message on front screen saying "loading, please wait" but does not move past this at all. Waited 30mins for it to load and still nothing...
Shouldn't be able to say free for install, then charge 9.99 for account and to use app. Waste of my data.
I couldn't sign up. I tried repeatedly to sign up. A cheap way to get my info. I do resent this.
App worked fine before getting my current phone (LG V10). Now the app won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Sad because I really liked this app.
Being a rep for doterra and other eo companies, thought this would help. It don't work. No free time..won't open either.
I use this app to look up oils and how I can use them. My personal favorite is the Grounding blend - it' amazing in the diffuser.
This is so basic! For that price I expected more! It doesn't tell me if it's safe for pregnant or nursing mothers!
Downloaded the app but forgot my password. Submitted request for password but after three weeks and repeated attempts, nothing!! Just hoping I haven't wasted my $10. It's a pity - the booklet is great. Why isn't the customer service great too?
You should know better. Look for eo protocol doterra it's really free and has many entries from everythingessential. I love that one.
Had a slight hiccup in regards to the app but they fixed it in a timely matter. Lots of great info in this app!
Says it's free then you get into the app and it says you have to pay! What crap! The free needs to be changed stop luring people in with the word FREE!!!

The app is free, but in order to use it u have to pay $9.99 a year? No thank u! There are so many free sites/apps/info out there. Absolutely no reason to pay or charge $9.99!

I have tried over a 4 week period to sign up after downloading the app. I continually get the "some errors were found" message. (at least 25 attempts) No definition of the errors, no instructions to correct. Gone through standard trouble shooting, searching for solutions, install, uninstall repeatedly. Hopefully, this will be fixed.
