App cocked up my home address, despatchers are rude when you contact them. Deleting app and going elsewhere.
price is good, thats about it. i booked through the app a day ahead for an early morning shift, only for it to show up after my shift had started, i rang as soon as it was late, to be told that due to eid they were on limited drivers and were behind, in a very patronising manner. the app didnt tell me this, or the confirmation text. but they took ny money the minure i booked it, the receipt didnt come through until after the time id booked for, the driver said to call for a refund. i tried twice
First and last time using this app. Booked a taxi, for the app to then cancel the ride automatically while looking up the taxi driver's details. Used a2b for 1+ year but always paid by cash/card, thought I'd give the app a try, never again. (1st time) myself and the driver had no idea how to use the app, ended up using card anyway. Drivers push you to get the app so you pay there directly so they don't get charged the £.30 - £.40 (card) only to have no clue how it works. What's the point ?
No point in having notes if they are not read. Booked a taxi with 'I HAVE A DOG WITH ME' in notes as I was on the phone to someone else at the time. Driver laughed when he arrived, told me he won't take a dog and my poorly dog is now late for his vet appointment as I wait for another taxi I booked an hour ago. I wonder if I'd have written 'I HAVE A WHEELCHAIR' or something similar this would have happened? Also those who may struggle to communicate may use the notes to assist them, therefore it's something that really shouldn't be ignored. I'll be deleting this app as it seems unfit for purpose as features are not being utilised properly.
USE ANY OTHER TAXI FIRM! Let me down on important journeys for picking up cars, train station and appointments that I had to be on time for and couldn't be late for. Booked well in advanced day before and hours before.
I've tried to sign up as a new account but it doesn't let me because whenever i resend the code to verify my phone number the pin code never comes on time and it always says pin code incorrect. Had to uninstall the app as a result because you cant use the app without having a account on it.
I'm absolutely sick of my taxis coming over 10 minutes late after scheduling them in advanced. Today is the last time I use this service and then I'm changing to a different taxi business as they never compensate for being late, they don't care that I could be late to meeting etc. My advise is don't use A2B.
Would like to thank everyone at this company I lost my purse in the back of one of the cabs an they driver kindly returned with everything in it to the head office for me to collect. They are very helpful an a great service would recommend them to everyone

Angry driver because of young children Also unable to adjust the amount of passengers you have via the app it just gives you 4 as default...
Honest n reliable! Left my mobile in taxi and driver returned it to me promptly!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Waited half a hour to fiind a taxi, after the driver started to drive tould me today its double price because its trafic, if its traffic and rain you will tax us triple price or what? Avoid this company people

Was a good app pre lockdown and updates, now rubbish. Left waiting in the cold, no option to cancel, no way to contact the drivers, phoned goldstar cabs, they were there in 3 minutes. Let down by driver so deleting app.
