Breakdown selection to contact for help is 'breakdown'. Reported to AAS. Understand from them the problem comes from Playstore.!
this is essentially an android phone app. the interface you see on an iPhone is different! I.e. if you download into an android phone, you can log in per the user guide. but if you have an iPhone, it does not accept the PIN. can the software team look into this?
Terrible Apps. Whoever developed this apps need to do more tests before official launch for AAS members. It is embarassing. After installing, the buttons tabs just can't activate and had to continuously press the button until it can finally close the apps. Please bring back the card minus the NRIC number. It should be good enough for me.
App crashes before it could start. When it could start, clicks to options crashes it too.. Fix the app or the developer, pls.. This is embarrassing..
Played around with the app. Clicked on breakdown, flat tyre and before I can look around more the page shuts. Terrible app. Rather useless.
This app hangs immediately after i dowbload it. Not sure why AA is even repeatedly sending us reminder letters to urge us to switch to this e-card membership when it doesn't even work. 🙄 Ask the developer to fix this quickly.
Horrible app that needs to auto download 17 AAS images whenever it's used. Developer is inconsiderate to think all AAS app users have so much internal data storage on their phones. Adjusted from 2* to 1* after realising AAS being unpatriotic to outsource development work to non Singaporeans.
I am unable to download the AA Singapore Apps to convert my membership to e-card. I have tried repeatedly but to no success. I think AA Singapore should do something to assist members convert to e-cards S S Randhawa
the new update is terrible . what used to work doesn't work anymore. when i click on e membership, the app can shuts down!!! what did u guys do ???!!!
not good. after downloading, was unable to launch e-membership card with message :"AA keep stopping/has stopped".
👎 Has to tap the login bar many times to get response. Phone hang after tapping logout bar.
This app is not ready for use. No star. Nothing works. Keeps crashing. Incompetent and embarassing work and no one bothers to check before releasing to members. Oh, just notice the development was contracted to India. AA Singapore should be ashame when there are so many jobless local IT people around, some are AA members.
Worst app of all times, sluggish and unresponsive. Please do something about this to improve the UX
Very badly produced apps. Not funtioning well. Please send us physical membership card if AAS is not ready for digitalization
first time i use, it cannot navigate beyond the main page. all buttons cannot work.
Its horrible. I cant get it downloaded properly. I cant find .my eCard so i cant use any of vouchers.
After l log out then log in, l still can't see my updated vehicle details. I followed the instructions
Please put in the most important info - AA contact number when there's a breakdown. Calling is preferred by many!

Crashed when loading the map in breakdown module. So your breakdown module is useless.
Terrible, slow and unresponsive. It takes more than 10 seconds of tapping on the buttons for them to respond. It is not that difficult, just show me my membership card, ecard. But the app simply ignores me, was until I am ready to give up, then decides to wake up and show me the info.
