Always crashes on account menu tab. Hopeless. Who designs these things and actually gets paid for it?

correct password is being entered. this app won't allow login. says that paasword or email are incorrect. changed password. still not working.

No matter how many times I download the App it will not ever appear on my Android phone to be able to click on it to actually use it, the only App I have ever had do this. The only way to access the App for me is to open the Play Store App, search AA Smart fuel, click on it and open it from there. So, it's a pretty useless app really. With adds for rewards if you scan digitally so many times a month everywhere at least have an App that can appear on your phone to be able to use the damn thing!

Nice idea, but very slow to load, and shows notifications and ads, when I really need to quickly show a cashier a barcode to scan. Except it doesn't work at Countdown, and doesn't work with some scanners (too low light contrast?). I'm now using Stocard, which is going well, as it is quick to start, has notifications in sub-menues (if I care to see them), can store the Countdown number too, and the higher contrast barcode scans well. However, this app is somewhat useful to see your AA savings.

App keeps crashing when account tab is opened.

The app has been working for the last 2 years then today it said timeout. It wouldn't update the account. I reinstall the app and now it won't even register using the bar code or my email. It keeps sending my other phone authorization codes so it can read the card. Just won't open the account.

Update: Would love to see widgets for the card barcodes (New World has this). It's a lot of clicks to get to them. Why are separate barcodes needed for Smartfuel & Onecard? Used to be one physical card. Based on feedback, if I install this and want to know about current offers (instead of checking email or separate Caltex & BP apps or Facebook) will it then show me constant notifications? Sounds like it's either a constant notification or no notification.

Useless,. Keeps hanging, crashes the phone, can't get past the first screen. Can't check Countdown spend, can't read messages, won't display your card, can't edit or view your account details, can't view your transactions ... Like I said - USELESS. It used to work, then they decided to update it. Go figure.

Just a note to the developers. Installed on a huawei 3i and not long after the phone alerted me that it was using excessive battery. Drilled into it and found it used 12 mA-h in 2.5 hours, which although isn't huge, is more than I expected for an app that runs all the time in the background. Maybe it needs to wake up a bit less often? I may update this if I have more results.

The app keeps freezing everytime I open it. It is very frustrating. Itt wasn't doing it before so I assume there has been an update? I just read a reply about someone else having the same problem and I cleared the data / cache and it seems to be working fine now.

When ever I open the app and close it, it leaves the alarm icon on my phone. I have no notifications in the app so not sure why this happens. Only way to get rid of alarm icon is to restart phone. Doing an update hasn't stopped this. Why is this?

The app kept stalling at the homescreen & wouldn't function. Uninstalled & attempted to reinstall but it won't allow me to do that either 'pending'. I don't have this problem with any other apps. Worked well in the past & would be great to have it back. 0/5 at present

Everytime I go to open the app to check my account, keeps coming up with 'Unfortunately, AA Smartfuel has stopped' how bloody annoying!! Then it has the button 'Report' and 'Ok' to click on and I've reported it some many times. Waste of time!

Great app! But there is a critical issue with my phone, Galaxy J6+. Whenever a window telling abt my last usage pops up, I can't close the window and can't do anything. Hope this problem will be solved so I can use this app.

It might be a good app, but I couldn't get it to load, the card reader didn't work and manual entry wouldn't work either... The caltex app however worked first time and have me a 20c p/litre saving for the privilege.

I hope you guys can add a log in and out button to make it easier for all the users... to Jordan - change the number is that it? It's not really the purpose I'm looking for, log in and out button to serve as like to exit the account without re-typing your number when you log in again. What I meant is the details of all the cards should be stored and ready to use when another person checks his or her previous or other account..😁

Would be more helpful if I could see the savings from both fuel and Countdown shopping considering the card itself is used for both purposes. But as far as seeing fuel savings and offers etc its proving to be helpful.

Was all rite until forgot password rang up call centre to reset it and now can't get in to it

After scanning card and adding the verification code, the app keeps saying 'loading' but nothing happens. Uninstalled and reinstalled but the same happen. Installed on Samsung S9 plus

Grouped my card with a family member and since then have not been able to open app. It completely crashes my entire phone to the point I have to restart it every time I try.

Really easy and simple to use, I love this app.

Unable to use this app since I installed the latest update. It attempts to launch then just goes back to the home screen. Worked well before installing the update.

App crashes as soon as I try to open it since last update. Maybe I should just delete the app but am waiting for an update that might fix it. Was great up until the last update

Since last update every time I open the app it puts an alarm icon at the top of the screen. I have to force shut the app to make it go away!

With recent update app doesn't close automatically need to force stop. It stays in notification bar. It's annoying.
