Used to be fast when it comes to customer inquiries, now it takes days to get a response and issue resolution is very poor. For example, I was inquiring about an SRO form which I didn't get when the deadline to submit was nearing. I emailed three times, tried their phone number (doesn't work), sent a chat message via FB, but there was no response for days. When they finally responded, I was sent a low resolution PICTURE of the form and the process indicated there was not aligned with the FAQs
I have Timson, COL, Philstocks, BDO Nomura and AAA. So far, this is the best among those I've tried and very revolutionary with those automatic cutloss/buy on breakout feature. Both the web app and the mobile app are very sophisticated yet easy to use.
Solid, stable, visually appealing app. Note that I haven't used it yet during frantic market trading. I would like to be able to view the full text of disclosures within the app.
Nice app, easy and simple. If only in the next update can still see the last traded price even if the market is closed. And possible to login using fingerprints.
Customer service is fast and reliable. Website and app is fast and efficient. What can be done better is to have an option to declutter - to remove any unnecessary information/tables from the app/website. Make it simpler. 😁
Doesn't work on Android 10 devices. Always not responding on login. Hope you can fix this issue, since this is the only reason why I switched to AAA Equities. Really disappointed with this app.
A fingerprint option to log in would be a nice touch since most trading apps has this feature already. Don't be left behind.
Amazing app, really hope you could work on saving the settings into the username, would give 5 * if it can start sending notifications real time when buy and sell orders are filled.
It would be helpful if the stock symbol is available at the top stocks tab rather than the stock description. Other than that, the application works great!
The app is eating the battery of my phone. It can't be forced stop. I think it is incompatible with Android 10 phones
Most revolutionary online platform with the lowest fees. Plus you can get a free trial. Great platform for newbies.
I don't know if a bug or a feature when I open the app my gains on the upper right corner, shows 6.38% and when I clicked my portfolio interface it goes down to 5.42%?
Very frustrating when logging in with android version 10, it always says authentication problem.
The app is buggy in android. Difficult to login, screen blinks a lot. Okay in iOS
Improved your Chart,, if you have Good chart We don't need go to other website to just look into a real time chart.
Great UI. Unfortunately, I can't trade in the app. My phone is Huawei P20. Hope you can resolve this.
I hope you will consider to have a fingerprint log in for a very fast log in. Also i hope we could choose around 10-60minutes time out for app to be used palipat lipat kasi ako minsa to view the chart at pag babalik sa aaa pp nagiging session expired agad. Please follow po. Thanks

Giving 5 stars on it. However , hoping that app developers could make it quick-to-log in app by applying biometrics available. :)
Pls enhance the charting if possible, something like the ones we have with investa where you can use diff types of indicators so we dont need to open another platform to analyze things.
pls put an option on which one to display always; either company "symbol" or "name" or "both". as a trader i only want to see the symbol.

Works great on Android 10! I use a Samsung Galaxy a70. People complaining probably use low-end chinese phones.

It's so laggy na, both website and app! :( FYI, mas maganda pa yung phone ko dun sa nagcomment ng people complaining probably have cheap chinese phones 🙄)
I cant log in due to authentication error for 2 days now.

Great! Best trading platform! Problems: Settings should be saved across web and phone on different devices. Web and phone settings on tabs are different. Watchlists are also not maintained cross platform. There should be options to remove some windows in both web and app to declutter based on preference.
