AAA TAXI - order taxi

The app is good in general. Some of the notes and description may partially appear.

I couldn't get the app to do anything. It kept locating to an irrelevant place and the only text allowed was 'position outside city'. No instructions or help text.

Pre-ordered a taxi to an airport, the driver left with different people even before the scheduled time. Unprofessional, unreliable, unbelievably bad. Do not use this garbage

Good service, but app not reliable. Showing no signal, where the full LTE coverage exists.

Rides, reservations, contacting drivers or operators - everything works well. Taxi service by AAA was also always reliable.

Missing new streets in Prague. Need to fall back to more expensive phone ordering.

Comparing to Uber I know AAA TAXI drivers speak local language. They are familiar with the city without GPS and this app works fine for me.

Unfortunately, it's true the app keeps crashing on my Android 8.0.0 phone.

The app works fine, but: the "meter" function is out of date; the prices you pay are much higher than the estimate given on the app; the app doesn't tell the driver your destination, and the drivers don't know English. Some are surly or downright obnoxious. Some were nice. Bottom line, use uber or ticktak cab apps in Prague. Both are more reliable than AAA.

The app if fine, my issue was that the taxi was 20mins early and charged us for the privilege, not great to be honest.

Used several times. Quote estimate is nice feature for the cost and travel time.

Great app was in Prague for the weekend and saved our group a lot of money on taxis and car was always on time highly recommend

Sofar used 2 times, cab arrival to follow in real time. Cab easy to find by license plate and type of car. Good drivers and fair pricing. Surprised that not more than 10000 use this Application. If you live or stay at Prague a musthave!

All these drivers with turbo meters. Never trust an aaa taxi.

Drivers often confirm the ride and don't arrive (due to the AAA policies).

Works great and eerily accurate on arrival times.

Tried to use it, did not confirm my order while it kept sending out requests. When we came down no 16 cars were waiting for us, even though the dispatcher even called us and we cancelled the one order. All drivers were screaming why did we order 16 cabs. DO NOT USE.

After being ripped off at the airport by another service I downloaded AAA app. Great taxi service and pricing is fair. A tip for the driver is appreciated as fares through this app costs the driver a fee. I checked on fare from another roadside cab who quoted 250 crowns - the AAA taxi, via the app, did the trip for 95 crowns.

I can see what they were trying to do here, but it just doesn't work well. I had one order just totally drop off because I ordered too far in advance. The second order said it was approved, then hours later said it was cancelled (just 5 minutes before the requested pickup time) and third order went fine. Problem is the second and third order arrived and started arguing over the fare. A little stressful when this is your ride to the airport. The cabs themselves are nice, but I could not find out how to sign into the cab wifi.

The app itself is very intuitive and well featured. You can book your cab with a estimated price and when I used them the prices were very accurate. Also, the app informs you when your car has arrived. You are then given the option to let the cab driver know when you will be out without making any local calls.
