AAA Taxis

It's such a downgrade from the old app, no option to add stops, favourites, home address... The app also always says that there are no cars available and I've had to wait over 15 mins for a taxi for a 3 minute ride... Sometimes the map screws up and goes the longer way meaning you have to pay more with no option to change that, you can't freely move around the start and end point, the old app is way more robust and it's such a shame to see it go.

Terrible app.. it does not even let me book from potters bar station. It does not easily search or have places appear when you manually enter an address. It also charges you more than if you directly call or book from the office!!

Very rude and unprofessional drivers. I was even charged £1 extra for a friend to drop off on the road even when the driver wasn't going off his route. Am certain a competition will come in soon to set their act straight. This is a horrible service. 😞

If you have an app you need service to back it up. Despite the app showing the vehicle on route. 15 mins a call later they advised they were busy and had no cars!

Hello, On 9th June,2021 around 9.56 Am , I booked a ride but cancelled it , still you have charged me money 4.50 pounds. Still I didn't receive my refund , please help me and refund my money. Emailed a few times, still no response! I am very much disappointed!!

The app is okay and the company is brilliant but often when booking a taxi I will get one driver and then a different driver will call me because that is who also picked up my order and quite often my taxi gets cancelled.

Got charged for waiting time while the app told me to wait 5 minutes to till the taxi arrives. Also did not receive any conformation of taxis arrival. AAA is a scam.

Worst experience ever! They are always late or not able to provide a car. Avoid!

When the app works its alright, I changed phone and I now can't log in and says that my log in doesn't exist and my phone number is in use

Since download now versions found that I can't log in using my phone or email plus password keeps on telling me an error has happened

Absolute rubbish. When I tried to sign up my phone number is assigned to another device as is my email address I don't have an account with this company.

Old AAA was working much better,but this one is very bad. No one is coming to pick you up after booking.

Cannot update using Google app.

I'm sorry AAA. The previous version of the app was the worst app that I've ever encountered, in terms of stability, UX and overall design. Its only redeeming quality was that it was usually more convenient than to call. With the latest version, you're now also expecting me to make an account? For a small area in the UK? You've actually done it. You made me start using Uber.

Tried to book a cab to get to the station, that I regularly do in the morning. 8am isn't too early in my opinion for this - I was informed by the app that I couldn't book a car because my attempted booking was outside of normal operating hours. Well, app deleted then, pointless!

Great App would be nice to be able to pay online though.

It's a worst designed app on my smartphone. I cry every time I launch it. Horrible user interface!! But... It delivers where other big brands fail in my postcode area. Saying that I'd love to be able to pay cashless (PayPal or card) and finally choose size of ordered car (smaller and bigger)! Could be updated a bit more frequently...

Great fast service door to door and cheap too

Update brings big improvements and enhanced usability. I like the booking history and the ability to repeat the booking. Still room for improvement however, would like to see the "vehicle type" option working in case I needed to make sure it was a larger taxi and adding fare estimate would be good too.
