every time you log in you have to do it every single time and if you do it three times wrong then they automatically shut your account down then you have to call get a hold of someone talk to them they never give you a loan because you don't have good credit it's not a good app all the way around

Worst banking app I have ever used! Logging into this app is so klunky its not even worth the headache. Constantly locked out and having to call the CU to have my password reset. Running blind and not being able to see my account details at momonts that would be helpful for budgeting, is enough frustration for me to take my business else where! 😏

Glad I made the switch Months ago ! I used to be with , Lake Michigan Credit Union , for 30 years ! But they have changed , and I didn't like the way they were going. AAC is officiated with my work,, so it made sense to join! And I have been happy , and Very pleased I made the switch September of 2020 !

Great app especially with the latest update that added the ability to lock/unlock debit cards.

Trash credit union. I've paid more in fines here from transaction reshuffling than all other financial institutions in the past 25 years combined.

Nice app but looking up a past transaction is tedious with the current UI.

Deposits and functions seem to take a different amount of time each time

Simple and easy to navigate

I will always recommend a credit Union over any other bank thank you for being the best of our 30 years
