Simple and straight forward. This app allows you to check books out at the library with your phone and skip the line at the checkout desk.
Can't get into it outside of the library. Keeps saying not at the branch, try again. Kinda useless if you can't do anything with it unless you're at the library. Deleted it and won't use again.
Contactless is great, but wished the old app was around it provided more information about the libraries, schedules etc.
Tried to download from home and it won't allow me to put in my local library. Can't use it. Never had a problem loading and using other Apps.
Great if you're in the library. I agree with the other reviews. Doesn't help me keeping track of what I have checked out. Uninstalling app
I just downloaded it today. It worked perfectly! I scanned my book and was on my way. Really neat. Now I don't have to remember my card every time!
Does perfectly what it is designed for.. to check out your books yourself before you leave the library. Anything else.. use the library website.

I was attempting to search books from home for a book club I belong to and cannot access this from home.
Unable to put in card or do anything
Works fine but only at a library, which is unexpected and confusing. The app includes plenty of functionality that is useful outside a library (card catalog search, review your checkouts, etc.) so I'm not sure why they chose to implement it this way.
Useless, I gave it access to the requests like location and all it says is try again, uninstalling, disappointed,

Won't let you log in unless your at the library. All I wanted to do was keep track of my check outs and renew if needed.
Installed the app. Locations services on; kept getting error 'Not a Branch'. No intuitive 'what do i do from here' messaging. App needs to be re-done.
