I failed to log in after trying many times though my all input was correct. This is not user friendly.

The login fails many times and the remember me option doesn't work smoothly. Options for retrieval of password is very complex and changing password is also very complex compared to other sites. UI needs more attention to be user friendly

Not user friendly.. Bills and its Details are not mentioned clearly. Very confusing. Already paid for May and Mid June month and now again it's asking to pay for the same units which were charged for Previous Month. Totally confused and useless app.

Very bad app always showing errors and cant view the bills

Very confusing app. I tried several times to pay my bill it didn't work. This app needs to be updated

This app have alot of bugs to be fixed. One of it is the bill are not having proper information in english second when ever i try for emergency the apps stops.

Customer service no response voice record always saying please stay on hold.

Very bad app canot even login ...telling to reach call center..even contact call center no use

Emergency requested on app. Water pipe burst in khalidiya villa. Resolved asap by an amazing team from AADC during lockdown! Salutes.

Great app. With significant improvement than its predecessor. Put it would be even greater if current parlance is added as an amount debit or credit.

This not good to sign in must the old version was good coz there was no need to sign in or sign up must this is dump now I unstall this app

It should have an option to add more than one electronic account under same name

No option to download monthly bill in English version.

There should be monthly statement of account, and invoices to be sent by email also.

Not received Verify Pin Codes. App Don't work properly

Didnt recieve the pin. Quick pay doesnt work.
