Had ask to input new password and when you try to log in with the new password, all of a sudden your account is blocked. 🥴 uninstalled.
I have been trying to call the customer service number for 4days with no reply and I am traveling and my money is there. The card is convenient though

It's really worth for everyone, it's a prepaid visa card, it's really safe and secured can be used anywhere in the world, free recharge at any AAE branch. I highly recommend this card 💳 for those who want to do an online purchasing and those who feel unsafe to use their credit card or debit card.
It's very basic app nd has no farther options whts it gd 4 is showing the card balance that's it
Not been able to create a user name and password for hours it only says error engenders working on it. It's annoying
Not able to create username or password. All the time it shows error occured and engineers working on application. Seriously..
I have2 cards but can't register the 2nd one. So annoying.
Important wallet like AED is missing. Everything needs conversion. Can't use dirham directly.
It is a good prepaid card but they should add the AED currency it will make life easier than using USD in the UAE. I will change my review when the AED will be added like al Fardan exchange.
They shouldn't charge to top up money from dhs!
One of the best travel card i used. Very easy and simple way.
Al Ansari Exchange is in UAE but for any issue you have to call a US number. 2nd they ask for your ID when you reload even though they have it in their records, so if you are travelling n want anyone to load for you.. forget it ever happening.
