Aarong's online service/app service is so very disappointing. 3 out of 5 times they would send wrong product or in wrong size. The refund process is too annoying too. They wouldn’t send any delivery man to pick up the wrong product, wouldn’t refund on time, would not reply to emails/texts or phone calls. Very slow service. The app does not respond well either.

This is the best online shopping platform I have ever seen! There are so many products. I have ordered two times from this app and they were so beautiful than the pictures. You can buy easily from this app. I don't go to any showroom of aarong. I buy from this aarong app very easily at home. Also the delivery was very fast. I am very happy with this app :)

Online shopping experience with Aarong is as bad as shopping from fraud groups in Facebook. 2 items from 2 separate orders I had placed on Ramadan'21 were cancelled for out-of-stock, but their prices haven't been refunded to my account till now. I called their customer care multiple times. Could reach them only once, rest times they were busy. The one time I could reach, I was assured by their customer care representative that refund will be initiated soon and I'll be informed but never got call

The previous version was a far better experience. The UI , although beautiful, is laggy and unintuitive. The server is taking too long to respond. It took about 2 minutes to load the dashboard contents, and even then the images were not loaded. It makes me feel like I'm in the 90s, using internet explorer. Disappointed.

It's showing that, 'download the update version'. Then I have updated it but still showing that download the update version & also I can't open the app.

Not good not have enough collection pictures.

This is the worst place to order anything online! I ordered a dress which cost me Tk.10,520 to my surprise the cloth felt like rough paper. On top of that they delivered my dress with the pin stuck up in it. There's not even an option to see the ratings and stuff like that. Moreover, they took ages to deliver it in Dhaka itself. It's not worth it .+ The app takes way too long to load. Super slow.

This is literally the worst app ever.The cart becomes completely empty if back button is pressed for adding more products without adding shipping details.Moreover those previously added products are kept withheld incorrectly referring to them as pending and also they can't be added to the cart anymore.I had to delete three pending orders from my mother's order history. And she was able to place an order successfully at her fourth try.Never shopping online from aarong again.

To me the app is not an user friendly one. Its so slow and tough to visit. Depite, i have had managed my first two purchase successfully but im having issues at my new purchase. In spite of adding my shipping address it's seeking a valid one. Though i already had my delivery to this address. Now I'm trying to put my address again but it not letting me add or change my address. Plz fix the issue....

After receiving OTP, i cannot login. Tried several times.but it failed.very poor app. Does not recommended.

Disgustingly annoying app. Wouldn't let me login, wouldn't let me sign-up. What the Hell! Is this how you are supposed to do business? Do something about it.

Best quality. Aarong never compromise quality durning production. Best wishes to Aarong.

Useless app, app to slow to use. I tried to confirm my order for 2 days! 2 days!!! Still couldn't finish the process. Either it failed to load or keeps loading. Nothing beyond that.

The app is good for browsing and selecting products but I cant check out and complete shopping. Every time I have to log in to the website and proceed for checking out which is quite irritating.

Most awful service and app, I am using Aarong online from 2017 during this time they have developed in app design but not service. You cannot edit your order or even cancel. There is a cancel button but it doesn't work, a customer service number but I cannot connect. Arrong changed my order 2 times without my consent, like they don't care what you want. Please concentrate on customer care

Aarong app doesn't work correctly in order placed. Not working that area with only freeze. Nothing change anything, program doesn't work that's area. Be kind very soon fixed it.

Tried to sign-up several times, but doesn't work at all.

Previous one was user fiendly. This app takes too much time to open any page. Very much time consuming. Please fix the bug or make new apps for smooth shoping.

I ordered some products and paid fully but they didn't send me one of the ordered products. I communicated them many times, they didn't return my money even.

Lags a lot and most of the time says, 'no product to show'

This App isn't working!! Not at all!! Again & again it shows "Some problems occurred. Please try again later", while the other apps in my phone are working perfectly fine.😭

App won't progress beyond Shipping details...hence cannot finalise purchase. Also app freezes quite often.. Please sort out quickly or I will remove it completely.

Older version was more better than this version. There is a difficulty to know that in which size which cut & which sleeves are avaiable . In previous version it was quite easy.
