AaxonPay
AaxonPay is an application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use AaxonPay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

The main use of the app is to pay for the service. No issues there. The second use is to view how much time is left for each machine. This is where the issue is. The runners disappear from the drop-down. Fix it! Otherwise, what is the point of an app? I can just pay with the card if I don't have visible timers.
It's a pain to have to have your phone every time you want to turn on a machine. The app won't let you tap the card...it overrides tapping, so you need to scan the QR code every time.
Refuse to give refunds for unuseable service. I used this app to do laundry at a hotel and have amount left in my account but I have been refused twice for a refund. Don't use this .. must deposit $10 into account and you will lose what you don't use. $7.75 in my account that i cannot get back because they refuse to refund my money.
You need to enable the finger print login on phones or have a 'keep me logged in' option. This is a pain to manage...I shouldn't always have to log in to use this app!
Downloaded the app, denied the access to my pics and files. Got a white screen with the Aaxon logo, that's it. Gave up on it, looked to other things on my phone and that logo page obnoxiously kept popping in. Thanks, but no thanks. I'm guessing that the problem is my denial for accessing. Why would I give permission, just to pay a buck for my load of laundry, is beyond me! The gall of some people! UNINSTALLED!!!
It asks for access to all your files and photos. I denied that permission and the app doesn't load, stays stuck on logo screen. Unusable
Difficulty connecting to machines. Directions are incomplete. Autocomplete does not work. However it will inform you of time remaining on machine and when it's finished.
Did not work at all for me. Couldn't find the laundry equipment even when standing right in front of it. QR code scanner non-functional as well. GO BACK TO GOOD OLD FASHIONED QUARTERS. At least they worked!
Freezes, with NO chance to correct it. Multiple re-installations, all failed.
Convienient to pay on app but that's about it. Unreliable notifications, inaccurate notifications, online account balance does not match linked laundry card amount, does not maintain login.
I'm not willing to give access to my files and pics so it won't open and keeps giving me a white screen. Nevermind. Not willing to do provide access, it's just not necessary.
Doesn't record history accurately. Doesn't always send alerts. Doesn't actually send service requests to appropriate vendor.
Did not want to give access to all my pics, files, etc. Tried to deny, but it just kept going to white app screen. Uninstalled!
Only problem is the timer. It is not accurate when it tells you it is done it is still running for up to 10 mt

As long as it works, its okay. But if you have a problem, forget it. Customer service has so far been polite but useless.
Too many I have called because of a problem. No called back. I believe we were supposed to get 1 free wash and 1 free dry when we signed up for this, I never received it! My neighbor received free wash and dry because of the problems she was having. Where is my compensation?

Does its job will not stop asking for review will just keep asking over and over they also don't come to fix anything ever instead after a dryer was broken they simply remover a working washer and that dryer

Don't need to worry about having quarters. It is all on the phone that I carry anyway. Amended - Had to reload the app for new phone. Won't work without giving access to all my info. No way! I have been hacked again. Went from 5 stars to 1.
