It hangs and then crashes (EVERYTIME), which makes it practically useless. This could be a very useful app, please look into the technical glitches.

I tried downloading and running the application on multiple mobile phones and on some a blank screen appears and on the ones which the data shows, it hangs the phone for 10 min. Very bulky. Uninstalling much improvement needed

The app worked fine earlier. Later otp introduced. That had issues, but was received on mail and not mobile. That seems resolved, but now app hangs a lot. Slowly it has become useless. Difficult yo fo global search as it stops.

Sir, this app has all potential to be very useful for the income tax family for immediate contact information. However, the purpose will be solved only if all contacts of department is uploaded in app and that to be updated. It is a humble request to kindly upload all contacts of the department to let it become fully functional and useful. Thanks

Just like most government services, this app is a waste of taxpayer's money. The government took services of a private developer and now niether the tax department, nor the developer care about whether or not the app is functional. It does not open. Just a blank white screen appears. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried it on different phones. Same blank screen. The app clearly shows how the India tax department is still apathetic towards the Digital India dream.

Jsonexeption error occurred...not sending OTP

Takes time to load.And sometimes only blank screen appears. Always problem while opening the app. Of no use

Kindly consider it as urgent, I am not able to receive the OTP/CODE to login. Kindly remove the bug ASAP.

Officer's landline No. /Fax No. and Complete Office details including Room No. and Building also be there so that its use can be extended to Public also.

Every time it hang within 2 second on opening. What's this problem??

The App I have Installed. But Does not open !! Uf you do not believe me, then you can cross verify on your own way

No SMS recieved. Changed numbers, butof no use. Kindly debug the app.

App is not updated frequently. The details are more than one year old.

Information of contacts at the level of Junior Officers i.e. ITOs and ACITs who are dealing with public, also should be uploaded from their Systems in the app. In fact complete office addresses and designation emailids also should be taken from their HRM database on real time basis and be published/exported to this app. In this way this app can be used by public also along with employees of department.

Please update the application with latest details. This app was updated in 2019.

Is the Developer really serious about this app? The ITO (HQ)/(Tech) of PCIT/PDIT/CCIT/DGIT may be allocated roles in this app after RSA/User ID authentication to fill up complete details of all Officers,their Room nos., Contact details, in the manner of the present telephone directories. This may done immediately by them upon joining/relieving of the respective officers to ensure fast & responsible updation.

Unable to receive otp...Cannot proceed without it..

No OTP even after multiple attempts on different days

Thus app is not wirking on Samsung Galaxy M31 device

It's only for officers and above.

Can't use it. Hangs indefinitely.

Please update this app. It was very useful.
