Awesome app, really nice to enjoy The erstwhile Andhra bank credit card was very helpful and used to get reward points. After merger with UBI.no rewards points even after writing to CC HYDERABAD by regd post.The EMI chages are on floating rate@16%,not on reducing balsnce. I have multiple cards to use and getting cashbacks.
Many issues with the app. No option to view due amount. Unable to download statement. Account summary not working . Please improve this app at par with other service providers.
I recently updated after that can't able access.. logout... I have forgotten my password and I can't able to reset it shows Password pattern not match.. trying to set for the past 10days
Data in App is not up to date. Showing bill details wrongly. Not up to the mark.
Technical issue - I recently uninstalled and trying to reinstall. OTPs are not getting generated for last 10 days .

Item already copied it says, not able to login, sms sent many for verification, but no use.

The App is Not Opening. When tried to Log in, a Notification is displaying NOT ABLE TO CONNECT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR NETWORK CONNECTION. The Problem has been referred to the Union Bank and Credit Card Division of the Bank at Hyderabad to set right. But, nothing done so far. This may, therefore, be looked into and solve the issue. Thank You.
Not user friendly, many times it doesnt work at all.
I never (seen) had this type of bad and bitter experience by trying to (update) activation of my credit card 💳 since from yesterday onwards, after I have received by post. Finally I haven't activated so far. Always shows no internet connection 😒. Very much disappointed with this app.

Literally the worst app. It didn't allow me to create an account only. On Sign Up, it sends an OTP to mobile number and doesn't go ahead of it. Same issue on the web browser version of the app. Their customer care service is pointless. Credit Card is definitely not even something Union Bank of India should try to enter into.
Payment options having a non friendly UI. Selecting bill desk takes to the UI for reentering the entire details which again is of desktop UI. Atleast have the basic details of the card with amount payable in the field boxes for verification. UI needs to be revamped to a large extent.
Credit card payment is very difficult. One has to enter complete credit card number in the new browser screen. Data is not fetched automatically to have a seamless payment experience. Work on it.
Pathetic app and worse customer service. Talking to a wall is better than talking to customer care. Nobody replies to emails (I've tried all the addresses). They bill you for failed transactions done though scan and pay on this app. Bank thinks they're doing us a big favour by issuing credit card.
Very well developed and very convinient to use
Since last 3 days i m trying to loginto the app each time it says check ur network. Except this app every other things are working. I dont know which netqork is required to operate this app. Kindly advise any spl network required. I have un instaled the app and try re instaling its almost 24 hrs over i could not re install the app. Such a pathetic app.

Suddenly the app has stopped working. It says your account is locked, although I am able to transact. It asks for username to unlock. I dont know what is this username. I ve tried everything. Still unable to login.

By far the worst service of any credit cards. I have HDFC, axis, yes, ICICI, one card, RBL, IDFC, SBI and this... This is the worst card service. They never reply to customer mails. You will not get what you were promised. Better avoid this bank's credit card .. go for the new fintechs like one card, post pe, lazy pay. They are very very promising
