AB Direct Internet Banking

The server doesn't work 24/7. Security features like virtual keyboard and fingerprint are missing. Bkash and rocket are not included in the Fund Transfer option. User Interface is laggy. Time range input is missing in the Statements, need to swipe for eternity to see the previous records.

This app is very functional and easy to use. But I feel lack of some features such as: 1. Biometric Login 2. Easy process to go to month/year directly in transaction window. (I need to push back/forward button again and again untilI reach my desired month. No way to skip a month/year/era/century). 3. Account statement can be viewed only for a few months. It should not be so less limited. I hope developers will fix this issues soon.

"Please update to new version". Apparently, I already have installed the latest version, yet this app keeps showing the same message over and over. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help either. This truly has been a pathetic " Bug Fixes" update. Extremely disappointed. Solve this issue ASAP.

Management of back buttons very poor. Fund transfer stucked 3 times out of 4 which is very annoying. It should not stuck if there is any technical issue. Rather it should show process failed and revert back the amount instantly.

The app is quite disappointing. This app doesn't show all branches of many banks, so disbursement is not possible in many cases. No acess to bKash or Nagad transaction. It's extremely disappointing. The app needs frequent update with proper manuevers from the IT section. Other apps of local banks are updated enough in these issues. AB bank authoroties, please give some attention here to make it more user friendly.

Dear Ab Bank, I am very sorry to say that this app is not user friendly. UI is so poor and backdated. We, customer are very disappointed about this compared to other Foreign bank even to Local bank. We are not expected this from you as reputated bank in Bangladesh. In this era, We all depends on mobile service hence you are not developing this apps There are several problems like login failed, transfer fail , as well as some necessary features. We will moved another bank for this. Thanks

Very simple and easy to use. But, statement option for a month could be added to the system. Tha would help a lot the customers about their expenses...

Wish the user interface was more friendly with more features of transfer like for example transferring to bkash and the servers were not down half of the day, renders the whole app absolutely useless.

App interface is not enough user friendly. Beneficiary account can't be found easily. Need to search to find beneficiary account. Need improvement on user interface, beneficiary management and touch ID.

The app functions are excellent. But the UI design is damn poor. Another thing, 'log in using biometric feature' (using finger print) [like Unet/Upay service of United Commercial Bank Ltd.] and 'remember user id' [ like ibanking of Islami Bank Ltd] features should be included. Except these, everything is alright. ❤❤❤

Not user-friendly UI. Too much laggy and slow app. Improve UI/UX.

App crashed when I was doing a fund transfer. Closed the app and restarted, then the app says some other user is logged in. Recently I tried fingerprint login, the next day the option to login using fingerprint disappeared.

No functionalities work properly. Can't even exit from the app. Facing this problem for many days. Sometimes even forces to change the password even if you haven't asked for it.

Apps doesn't work properly. After given correct password, its showing error. Everytime its take restart then it work.

Poor service. Says login credentials doesn't match even though I can log in using the same credentials on the browser.

The app has a lot of problems while opening and closing,as well as correct password shows wrong maximum time .

One of the best internet banking apps i have ever seen. Fund trsnsfer, Bill Payment, Mobile Recharge, And Many More In a click. And Most importantly its totally free. Thanks to them who have done the hard work behind this success. Keep up the great works. Best Wishes For AB!!

The app is not opening over 2 months. I went to the bank twice to sort it out and even called their customers care hotline but no results. I have seen better banking apps and AB should really step up!

Equipped with all useful features i need for a bank account. Now i go to bank so often as all i can do from this app. Thanks AB Bank team for developing this app. One suggestion, everything in the UI is awesome but the front page looks odd. Please upgrade ur app'a UI. Thanks.

Very bad 👎experience app crashes repeatedly. Not able to open single time. What a bank who doesn't care about their app development.

Most of the time couldn't get logged in. Outdated server system 24/7 not working properly, Even in the evening time it's not working everyday. App is not getting update for a long time and the server should be online 24hours.

This app needs a very quick update. Other Internet Banking apps are very well designed. We hope the clothes are the most beautiful service. We hope the authorities will look into this.

Awesome Service!! But need to update for attractive Graphics display & options. Its look like ordinary.

Slow. Most of the time server is down durning the night. UI is very outdated.Lack of features compared to other banks ibanking apps.

very bad experience. asks for log in multiple times and hardly two or three times it successfully lets login. please improve it.

they can set pin to enter app instead of password Everytime. I think they should improve interface

Banking facility is good. I satisfied. I opened smart saver account. I maintain 5K TK in balance. & I get a free dual currency VISA debit card. No other bank provides such facility. Thanks AB.

this app is frequently under maintainence..been at least 2 weeks since i was able to log in. says error occured due to an internal error..

This application must need interface improvement. if anyone longin this application and clear popup ,any one can access without I'd & passage ,So suggest use exist button /apps lock
