Doesn't work half the time keeps saying NOT hooked to internet on two out of two app accounts 🙄 getting sick of this

Constantly needs reverification. I've never encountered an app that I've had to go physically to my bank to restore connection so many times in my life. I live by my online accessibility to my finances for my business. This third rate company who made this app clearly doesn't know how to create a stable product, nor have the website set up to properly communicate with staff when there's an issue. My correspondences with my bank have been hanging in limbo on numerous occasions I'm done.

Good app. Wish it had a dark mode. Also wish I could set up recurring transfers within the app and not only one-time payments/transfers.

As of 12/30/2020 I cannot access the app, I get " An error has occurred, please call for assistance". I have uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled. Rebooted my phone, tried opening the app from the play store, the main app screen, or from the library....

Love the app, no problems with banking or making deposit. Customer service is also great! If I need clarification the customer service are friendly and patient.

As of February 2022 on I have not been able to access the mobile app, I hate having to go to the bank every few weeks to deposit my checks, I use to live off this app, I am about done with this bank due to the mobile app not working.

Very limited functionality. For example, you can't make a loan payment from a deposit account at a different bank. The mobile app just isn't adequate for customer expectations in 2021.

Awesome bank, everyone is friendly and very helpful. No service fees like some of the other banks. Mobile app works great and user friendly. Definitely recommend American Bank & Trust

"unable to validate" constantly, app seems to lock up or not connect to the server properly....very inconvenient

It is so easy to use and is very helpful for quickly checking balances and tranferring between accounts!

Constantly have issues with it not letting me login, saying technical difficulties.its great when it works

Very easy to use just wish my mobile app was right on with the bank computer so I can stop getting over draft charges on a savings account

Have not been able to access the app for the last few days. Just a white screen.

I have to call the bank EVERYTIME I attempt to use because it kicks me out. Very irritating!!!

Only works about 40% of the time. When it does work, it's great!

The app is easy to navigate and it does and says everything that it reads to do and more

UPDATE: 12/22/20 - Latest update fixed crashing on my new phone. Excellent work devs.!!

Would like to see a spot on the transfer tab to have an option of putting a memo of why you are transferring the money.
