Worst experience. Trying to open this app since two weeks but in vain. when open shows up Mpin /Password page & mostly shows connectivity issue. I mean what the hell is wrong with the my connection when my other applications are running without any problem ? Are they not good enough to fix a bloody app. I have only word to say for this app " vahiyaad".
Such a sicking app I have ever used... Doesn't work properly, always crashes, cannot check my transaction after 10pm. I don't know what that suppose to mean. Very very distressing in times of need.. The layout and design is awful too. Developer please consider my request and make some changes.
There is a suggestion...... You have many useless apps on Google play store...... So please, remove all that and make only one powerful app which can do everything that a customer wants ... Like balance enquiry, E-passbook, fund transfer and many more.... So that customers can easily do lots of work without downloading many apps...... Also put a perfect UI to the app and make it safest....
It's been over 3 weeks ...i can't use this app. It directs to Union Bank's U-mobile app...nothing seems to connect. I'm unable to trace the transactions The sms for OTP failed innumerable times...The app just doesn't connect with phone number. But now it doesn't even pass the first screen. Disappointed Distraught. Depressed.
AB TEJ app very good. But need to improve some features. Need to allow large amounts, customers no need to transfer history ,we want to get statement's earlier, faster , easier. But all dosen't support that feature. Otherwise app design, working is very good.
Can you please restore the previous version of the app that version was way more responsive and had no porblems with it. The new version is just nonresponsive and the "bugs" aren't fixed but felt like added in the newest update
A very worst experience from the app as it crashes quite often and also the functions do not work properly. Very disappointing. Now in recent times, app is not working at all from the past 5 to 6 days, crashes every time
It was working nicely. Now it has become worst. Earlier I used to transfer money & open deposit account also. Now nothing will happen. I have to do via PC. Dont know whats wrong with them... Why AB epassbook app is removed from Google play store. It is a nice app. Without debit card we could use that app (especially for organisations who are not given debit card) to see the balance, everyday transaction.. Main advantage of AB epassbook app is GETTING MO THLY STATEMENT via email...
Good experience.This app has saved lot of trips to banks.transfers are easy. Also please facilitate to make payment to other credit cards instead of only ab credit cards. Also payments via upi doesn't work.end up getting error messages.please address that.
Excellent bank with a most poor app. I dont know who is the creator of this app that does not work properly. I wanted to check my transactions history but unable to do it. By default it shows only last 10 transactions. It has a option for that but not working.
Very bad experience. I can't able to open my account. Recently they joined with anotger bank. Iam in aboard i cant able to open my mobile banking. I used to do all transactions in this bank only. Now for me its very difficult.
App has some serious issues it took an hour for registration And whenever i click on transaction history it shows no record found If it can't show my transactions then what is the purpose of this option.... This app needs much improvement....
Every time I wanted to deposit (fixed deposit), it shows something went wrong please try later. Still it is not resolved. Very poor. I consulted with help desk, but no use. Very poor. Today also again same. Very poor service. Waste application
POOR. Does not work at all after opening the app comes a screen for selecting primary account and then nothing happens anymore. neither can you select primary account nor can you do anything else. Not at all helpful. maybe the developers of this app should learn from the developers of the app for SBI about how to do it.
there is bug in this app while trying to access in Vivo 1807. as the sms is not detecting verification sms also, we have to manually send msg verification message while trying to register the mobile number. hence I'm not able to verify and register in this app. dear developers; any update on this will be really appreciative. thank you. Not less than 40 times I have tried but the SMS verification not completed.
So far so good. But from last few days, logging in itself failing with some unknown reason or connect time out... Some times it is logging in with all blank records... Being a big financial Institute, how can they release an update with all the bugs and errors....
Dear Developer, the app functionality is good at the same time you must also focus on the app appearance. The app icon is really wiered and looking worst than any application in the play store. I'm sure you guys must have done a terrific design if the AB approves.

No navigation from home screen, says unable to connect to the server. Neither this app works nor your internet banking works on the website. With this kind of poor service, there is no point in being in business.
Not showing the list of beneficiaries I have added in my internet banking account. So pretty much no use other than to check balance. To transfer I again have to use internet banking. Also using the 4 digit pin to login is pretty stupid and insecure. There should be an option to use my user name and password instead.
Worst app.... after merging into union bank, they stopped maintenance of this app. Now i can't even login. I spent over Rs.30/- only for sms verification while logging in and i couldn't login yet. I tried reaching customer support via calls and mails, none of them resolved my issue. Especially chat support is worst. I dropped 4-5 mails and till now i haven't received a single reply. Those who are using using this app, please don't uninstall it at any cost. I said NEVER do it.
I am using Nokia 8.1 smartphone Running on Android ™ Pie 9.0 . This application is not working in my phone. It can not able to complete Verification process. verification message is not sending , even i have the message balance in my SIM.
New app is totally useless. Most of the features are not working. even the simple mini transaction report generation is not working. None of the options on header is working.
Worst app in one word. Any service that available in this app are not working and accurate for what they are meant. All other banks leading there services through their respective apps by using modern technology and media.But u app are not at all 10% of other bank apps.I still don't why you are neglecting to develop this app after these many issues are going on.I mailed this issues but no one responding and the no customer care number is in contact to me as I done call many times.
i am not able to install " ABTej " app.in my phone. It is asking for permission to view my photos, files etc and asking for permission for sending and viewing sms. The "allow" option is not getting selected. if we select "deny" the app is not getting installed. please help.
This app is so useful for me. It provides almost all banking services at our finger tips. This app really helped me a lot and saved a lot of time and money. This one is feature rich and much better than the previous AB Mpay app.

This is the dumbest app I've ever seen. After adding beneficiary details for IMPS and NEFT it'll ask to again. While transferring the amount, 'select type' is default in place of To account and can't change. Please your development team of this app go to the college and complete your graduation first then internship. Don't know how to develop and deploy complete app.
Worst app to track the transactions. Only 10 transactions can be tracked and only the amount not account details. Worsttttttttttttttttttt app. Don't install it
AB TEJ APP isn't functioning in Hindi Language. I therefore uninstalled the APP and installed again. But it becomes difficult to open the application and the circle on the screen of mobile moves but it does not open the application. Please solve the problem. The message appears on the screen that "Unable to connect server".
