ABA Wizard

It's really great for review if you only have a few minutes or while running errands or waiting in a line. I especially like the randomized questions feature (it can be easy to guess the answer for behavior contrast when you're in that task's section). I just wish there was a way to review the answers and references for the questions you got wrong after you get your score.

Great tool to help study and test your self. The only critique I could give is I wish I had the option go through all of thest questions at once. Also, I wish the app would show you the question you get right most of the time, the questions you get wrong, and the questions you get right half the time. This would allow you to break down further the specific areas to study further. However, the app is great and I highly recommend!

So far it's helpful! The quizzes are only 10 questions long, so it's a quick way to squeeze in studying on your lunch break or while you wait for the bus. I would love to see: - A greater variety of questions within each topic. Some quizzes have the same scenario multiple times, with slightly different questions. - If the best quiz score could be displayed beside each topic or if there were more than 2 colors (orange/green) for completed topics. With the current system, a topic is only green if you score a 10/10. All scores before that are an orange/red color. More colors or posted scores would help users prioritize areas to go back and study. For example, if I scored a 5/10 on one quiz and an 8 or 9/10 on another, I would want to review the topics and retake the 5/10 quiz first. Depending on time, I may not even bother retaking the 9/10 quiz.

I love the questions because they teach me different ways to describe the terms-ways that are slightly different than what my coursework taught-which helps me to generalize. However, there are definitely some questions that are mis-keyed and the correct answer is marked wrong. There should be an option (like in Trivia Crack) where you can report an error.

Experience isn't bad. It walks you throughout balls the knowledge needed for the exam. I would've gave given it 5 starts if it included some more feedback on things like my last score in a particular area, advice on areas to focus on based on repeated measures (perhaps, anything 60% or lower), or above on areas I've been improving on, or an so close to achieving proficiency in, again, based on repeated measures.

I love the ease of using this app and how it helps to reinforce the concepts I am studying. I can pull it out anytime I have a few free minutes and brush up on my terminology and understanding of aba concepts. I highly recommend this app! I haven't found any glitches either which is also super nice!

The app is ok as an extra tool to study but don't rely on it completely. I realized it had incorrect answers and some of the concepts are not interpreted correctly so it might confuse you if you don't fully already understand the concepts.

Just graduated and using this app as a supplement for my studying resources. So far, it has helped me correctly differentiate between similar concepts. I like the way it follows the task list so I can plan how to effectively study the sections where I'm having the most challenges.

This is a great study tool that I can use anytime I have a few minutes free or when I've set aside time to study. I love the random question feature for review. The colors indicating how close you are to mastering the content is helpful too.

There are a few typos and grammatical errors, but otherwise this is a great tool. It lists a reference for every wrong answer. I primarily used this app while studying for the exam and passed on the first try. Highly recommend for building fluency!

Super helpful! And so easy to just take a quiz throughout the day when you have a few minutes. They are only 10 questions so it really breaks it down so you're not overloaded by the end. Really enjoying this app.

Generally a good app, but has some errors and no way to flag them. There is one test where the same question is presented three times and it requires a diferente answer each time. There's a couple of errors in which the answer given as right is not right by the cooper book

Okay, so I accidentally downloaded the wrong version, I need the BT one and the people were so helpful and amazing they helped me download the correct version and emailed back so quickly! It's so worth paying for to make sure you're 100% ready when you test!

I used this app as my primary (also used books and videos) study tool for the BCBA exam and I passed on my first try! Over the course of about 1.5 months I went through each section until I got them all right, did several rounds of random questions, and then did each section again. I continued to review until the day of my test. I used the app every single day during that month and a half!

Definitely a much needed app to help study for my certification exam. I like the break down of each course, and feedback it gives to help retaining the material. Must buy and wish everyone well in studying and passing!

Great study tool at this price point!!! Thank you ABA Wizard. Plenty of questions and categories to train your brain for the test. Having the explanations to incorrect answers is key!! I've gotta know why the answer is wrong and what ABA states is the correct definition or term. It's not so much what I know, but do I know the Task List correctly.

Some of the questions are a little too easy but overall, this app is a great review of concepts on the task list and WAY cheaper then some of the other options out there. Highly recommend this.

I just started but ABAWizard is making learning feel like a game! I complete 3 activities at a time or I can say I follow the teaching style practiced when completing BDS'. Once I master a section, I then include another section. But, I continuously rotate through 3 activities. I'm so excited!! I am also writing down the information when i get an answer wrong and refer back to the Cooper 2007 book to read more about the topic. I feel confident that I'll be well prepared for my exam in July 2021!

This is a great app for fluency and definitions when preparing for the exam. A few typos here and there which i wouldnt expect from a $10 app. Overall, its a great addition to other study materials. Definitely so not use as sole preparation.

This has been a convenient and helpful tool to use when I have downtime or if I want to run through a few quizzes in bed before going to sleep. I use this along with videos and reading materials in my prep for the exam. A BCBA used the ABA Wizard app as extra prep and recommended it to me. I recommend it as well!

Great study app, but just like another person commented, it would be nice to have more feedback such as what the user needs to work on. Also the colors of the sections should be different if they are completed 100% or not.

Currently using it to study for my Boards! Would be helpful to get feedback for each question, whether correct or incorrect. As well as a list of all the questions at the end of the quiz to further review.

I like this app because you can quickly do a few test questions while in the queue, or waiting in the car, or waiting for food to cook. Easy to slip in some revision regularly throughout the day. Also good feedback on wrong answers 👍

This helps me see what I know and what I need to study for my tests. I wish the tests that you passed didn't have the same color for tests that you didn't pass. Also I wish that new questions would populate if you go back to take the same test again. I'm enjoying the app otherwise.

for only $10 this app provides you with material that would cost over $200 anywhere else. I'm extremely happy with this purchase! my favorite part, is that this app is based off of mastery. it doesn't let you complete the section unless your fluency reaches 100%

Makes it convenient to practice terms, and test taking anywhere. Haven't taken a test, but so far I enjoy the accessibility and option for a quick review.

Great app for building fluency while studying for BCBA exam. Similar set-up to BDS modules. Recommend cycling through a few quizzes at a time so you don't repeat one quiz over and over again until you reach 100%.

I really hope the answers are correct because the presentation of material is good (reminds me of bds almost, but no hint unless you guess wrong). I dislike the "would you like to rate" after every quiz. I am only leaving a reviews because it was starting to annoy me. I rated it less than 5 stars because of that.

Wish I could do quizzes on entire groups of things (ex. All experimental designs, not each one individually). Other than that, amazing!
