The app has stopped working for more than a month. It keeps saying there is a bug, and to check if the developers have provided an update. The updates make no difference, the app still won't work. Very disappointing.
The app worked, but still had issues like linking a Credit Card. I switched phones and now it won't even open and keeps crashing. Tried talking to support with no solution. Only way to use this is through the website.
Horrible, they hold your expenses for 11 days before payment and they constantly mess up and dont get the expenses paid out within the window they say itll get to you.
This app worked great until the April 22 update, now it has a bug and my Samsung S22 won't let it open
This app was just working well. It is now crashing every time I attempt to open it.
The app does not do what it's intended to do. The add "New Receipt", "Take Photo" buttons don't work. To create a new expense, all the details are added, but displays an error saying that "Amount and place are required to create an expense", when the amount has been input and there is no field to enter a place.
It doesn't work. Why wouldn't you just make a web based version that works on mobile?
Horrible app. Very limited and hard to use.
The latest update prevents users with rooted devices from using the app.
Pretty buggy for an app this simple. There is no exit confirmation when inputting an expense, nudge android's back button and you are SOL with no drafts or anything saving unsubmitted expenses. Does not accept PDFs for receipts. Bug causing every letter to autocapitalize, not just at the beginning of sentences No bug reporting system in the application. No way to visualize expenses in a table on mobile
BE AWARE: you'll take pictures of receipts using this app that say are uploaded but you will never see in your account. there is no local storage of these photos for recovery. if you absolutely need copies of receipts for your records, then I'd suggest saving the physical copies until you have verified the photos in your account
Pretty buggy app updates. Swipe to expense no longer works, when typing a note the app forces all caps, etc. Feels like there are very few efforts made to improve it.
Not great app. Lots of bugs. For instance, can't add Amex cards as user id field defined incorrectly as password. Clearly not tested.
My employer requires the use of this app, and it has been nothing but a nuisance! Frequent lock-ups, slow to submit expenses, blurred images of receipts, and now the MFA doesn't work.
I try to log in and it immediately fails MFA, even though it gives me a code in text. Speaking of giving the code, it generates the code 6 times. Completely unusable.
Of all the different reimbursement programs I've used, Abacus is the best. Sadly, they don't support international payments or I'd have implemented them at my current company.
cannot add pdfs as receipts from the app, doesn't connect to my google drive where i store receipts, when ever i change currency from usd i cannot enter amount. useless in it's current state.
Fantastic app. Hands down best end-user experience of any expense management platform I've used. Entering expenses used to be a hassle; now I barely think about it.
We used to use Expensify and Abacus just makes so much more sense. The tool makes it so much easier to submit expenses and helps us get paid back instantly.
Kind of a hilariously bad app; typing in expense amounts just seems to place digits randomly in the field. It's pretty unusable.

great app, simplifies my expense workflow. would be nice to be able to have suggested expenses, like the web app!
Credit card syncs go down constantly, you get duplicate transactions, support will take a week to respond and nothing will be fixed for weeks.

Not bad design or looks but doesn't react properly to links sent from emails from Abacus. I have to uninstall the the app, go through the process in the browser ( because the app lacks some of the functionality of the browser ) then reinstall the app. Would love the ability to add cards/bank/ even a sign up option on app fresh install instead of just sign in.
