Since update keeps force closing and taking you of the app also cannot confirm card payment have to ring up or select pay with cash

Poor customer service. Poor app quality and user friendliness. Only reason for using this service is because there are no other options in the area. The estimated time is never right. No visibility on any cars nearby or not. Once you book it could be right outside or you wait for 20 25mins. If it says 15mins, consider 25mins standard. No feedback loop option unless you call Abba cars.

I forgot my password, did the forgot my password option, the app had the wrong mobile number somehow? I corrected it and it said it had sent me a text message, it hadn't. Tried that 3 times and now when I open the app it says my device is blacklisted and closes. No use at all. I had to call for a taxi and got a message straight away saying the car was on it's way. An hour and a half later...nothing. I called again and was told there were no cars in the area! Basically, not great.

Easy to use. Same Cordic app layout used by Tameside Taxis app so no problem there. Useful when my train is delayed! Good app alerts once you've booked. Drivers all friendly, which is not an app thing but excellent for Abba Cars local reputation.

Brilliant app but since I got a new phone will not let me install the app keeps saying this device is blacklisted have phone abba a few times they said they would look into it but no response after two weeks very disappointed as I use to use the app a lot hope they see this msg and help sort it lost without it

Useless app! Tried to book a taxi on 3 separate occasions and they never seem to go through. Spoke to the office and they confirmed they didn't receive the booking

Useless app. Pre booked a taxi to be told the app doesn't know how busy they are and I won't get a taxi for at least 30 mins. Told by person on the phone to ignore the app and phone. Pointless.

Looks good but ultimately useless. Booked taxi 6 hours in advance then when the taxi was 5 mins late the app cancelled the booking. Phoned up no taxis and was advised to book over the phone as the app can't tell if there are taxis available !!

The app itself works well But booking taxis is so difficult. They often arrive 40 minutes late.

Provides very little info, have used the app successfully before but right now I'm sat in limbo with a booking that has no taxi assigned to it. You'd think a local taxi firm would have some taxis on a Saturday

Pathetic. The app will let you book but they will cancel it before it even reaches you. No communication at all. No explanation. Do not use the app or the company!!

I just tried to make a booking and it came up with an error message and to phone them instead. The only reason I wanted the app was to avoid phoning.

Used app to book the taxi to catch the train I had booked in advance when taxi didn't arrive 5 min past the booked time after ringing and ringing eventually got though to be told going to be another 30 min now have missed my train useless company

Only use ABBA still as warrington has no real alternatives, the app works harder then any of the actual staff there but I cant give them a one star so the app gets it instead.

Absolutely appaling service I had an hospital appointment and I booked the taxi well in advance .it turned up half an hour late which meant I missed my appointment .never use these ever again

Don't bother. Late every time & inappropriate to female passengers. Use Direct Taxis instead.

The app most of the times works fine, but sometimes it's completely useless. It just won't load.

Great, but if you have a dog you may have problems. As it doesn't ask if you do or not and some drivers will refuse to take you. Other than that great app.

Pre booked 12 hours before needed and still didn't turn up. Rang them up only to find they'd cancelled my booking 5 minutes before I needed it. Disgraceful

Poor app updated app takes ages to book job can't change phone number no a reliable taxi firm.

Would be 0. Poor communication well no communication pre-booked late turned up the same time my train was booked for. Great service

Cant even log in miss typed my password and locked out for 30 mins. What a joke tried to log in with new address and cant!!!!!! All I'm trying to do is book a taxi not my bank

The WORST taxi service. Don't show up on time if they show up at all.

Does not allow you to put an address or postcode for your final destination. Deleted app

Now ABBA is the only viable taxi firm in Warrington they never turn up for bookings. Warrington Council should be ashamed of this situation.

Waiting 15 min in rain, because app say "taxi is on way". Nobody comming and my booking was mysteriously canceled...

It's pointless prebooking Taxis when they're 15minutes late every time.
