the scan/deposit check images is terrible; the front of check works; not well; the app appears to be using Opera webrt 4 this feature; app does auto focus; it asks us to move in & out several times; spending 3-5 mins is our par for front; scanning back of always fails; have to do a manual focus; but what grinds my gears is the back check viewer is half-size; Listing the Bank as app developer is why I'm sending this bug report in reviews; 2020DEC04 Update: New version rev 5.07; Scanning still not
The app will no longer allow me to deposit a check. The app just shuts down the minute I click on "take photo of front/back of check".
Love it! I used it multiple times a day and I've never had an issue and I've had it for over 6months.
I keep having issues logging in I have contacted them today about it .Later in night I still can not sign in.
Can't log in to my mobile but can on the website I've never had this problem!!!

i just learn that only lawyer can use thecard.and 50percent of fruad common from the goverment .i am not surprise.not surprise about anything when it come from theUSA government.

I like it cause it's convenient but for weeks now it won't let me login. I've gone in the branch and the lady told me as far as she know this is good and nothing's wrong with it. To others I'd say don't waste your time.
The theme and layout could be better, but it's handy and works. Would love to see the bill pay function that would be awesome.
I've been with Abbey for well over 10yrs. I've never been happier with a credit union. They treat you like family. Can't say enough good things about them.
Just went inside the branch, because no one will answer the phones, they told me to uninstall old app and install new one. Said my user ID was now my account number and my password would be the same as before. Nope not working. I can't drive there all the time to fix issues like this... I live 20mins away! Please fix!
transition to new system is terrible; office won't answer phone; no link to bill pay (checkfee); app has no polish; app looks two versions from a Hello World app

Probably the least useful bank app I've ever used.
Freezes up and goes blank. Msg pops up and says it stopped.
Can't log in. Why update to something that doesn't work?
it's useless! I bank there and there is no way for me to check anything to do with my account there via this app..yet you have to set up something with their app but when you do it it won't let you preceed to creating your "account" with there app. Sounds a bit ignorant.
Update: My wish was granted and this app now has mobile check deposit! I love Abbey Credit Union, so everything they do to make my banking easier makes me love them even more! The app is convenient, especially since I no longer live near an Abbey Credit Union location nor a shared branching location. I really wish the app had a remote check deposit, as most other banking apps have these days. Maybe with the next update! (I hope)
