Never been let down more by an app. Have booked taxis at least 2 hours in advance multiple times only for no one to turn up. Always left waiting for ages. Be better off using another service

As with others in on this page. Randomly had an issue processing payment after 2 years on the same card, which then blocks you ordering anymore taxis. Happened to people here and others I know, mixing that with unhelpful operators makes me think I'll just give my money to Uber instead. When a local tries to use local business and tech issues get in the way as usual I suppose.i

Keeps saying failure to take card payment when it has always worked in the past. Theb doesn't allow you to try again says unable to make any more journeys by card. I have

absolutely shocking. first time of trying to use ABC. booked a taxi at half 7 which it says it will be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later it still wasn't dispatched. tried calling them but did not answer after several attempts. I wouldn't bother with them

Booked cab one day before the ride. At the time of ride no one came and they have canceled the booking saying that driver was not able to find the address. (I had given the complete address along with landmark). And ABC cars stopped picking my calls after that. Such a pathetic service these guys are providing.

Ridiculous app. Asks for your card details and when you arrive at destination the driver says you'd booked to pay in cash, but no option ever given. Pointless to use an app when you can't pay with it. Ended up paying twice.

Doesn't detect location properly and when you use the call button it puts you through to the base who are always right such a bad attitude. I feel sorry for the drivers who are great won't be using ABC again go cars for the win.

Since the update this app is finish on Android it cannot find even the most known places yet works fine on iOS it's a load of rubbish the tracker doesn't work, the booking system fails to show point A and B when making a booking absolute rubbish

The app sometimes works but most of the time it cannot find the pick up or drop off locations even with all GPS settings on.

The app has stopped working. It no longer can locate addresses. I now use another local firm who's app works perfectly. Shame really because I found ABC to be good x

Love how easy it now is to get a taxi on the app. I have my card saved so gone are the days of remembering the change.

I booked a taxi with ABC The guy who is handling the ABC cars Application at 5.40am is very rude because he is cancel my booking every time when I booked never use the abc again Ridiculous team member of ABC cars I told to every one never use ABC again. One more thing if you not provide a taxi then why you are here Never use this again

Use this company whenever I'm on the travel l. Always a pleasure to book with these, pleasent staff and professional drivers. 👍🏽

The service is 50/50 because on app it show u 1 minutes and it come after 10 minutes And if ther hear bit early then they will keep calling u non stop and free 3 minutes off there arrival they will charge g u

They let someone else alter my booking. No security checks & they let anyone who knows you have a cab booked alter your booking.

Just had pre booked taxi off this firm from the train station arrived on time was very clean and polite and followed all covid rules great job

Ordered taxi and it never came, called up and got fobbed off and still waiting for a refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Unable to find a fairly obvious rural address in a predominantly rural area even after having it explained to them over the phone. Idiots.

Had my car stolen and have used ABC for hospital trips etc. They have been so kind and helpful. When I had to pick up someone with dementia from hospital the driver helped me to get him into the car. All his bags were put into the boot by the careing driver and taken out again at home. Used them when I broke my arm too. Have yet to meet a miserable driver and the chats I've had with them have been both hilarious and educational.Thank you so much for a wonderful service.👍👍👍👍

iv been using this company for a few weeks now never had any problems always close to the time I booked let's hope they keep it up

It would be better if we could give feedback for drivers, as on complains nobody is answering anyway (through e-mail)

No point in booking through this app as even when you do book for a certain they will never turn up

Don't use this app I downloaded just to see how much it was going to cost me to get from Derby to Nottingham queens medical as soon as I put in my bank details they took money out ASAP even though I was at work so why try take money out even though I've not used you before lucky for me my bank declined it. Please don't use these guys.
