The application was working properly until it was updated. Then it started asking to reinput my information and I cant add the number. I checked with customer service and they did not know the reason. I deleted it and reinstalled but the same issue is occurring.

I had 1972 points I collect them last 3 months a s suddenly I checked my points 2 days ago I found only 5 points by the way my card expire date for 30 3 2022so strange I did not receive any message to explain

Very bad online shopping service ! I recently started shopping on this app and was surprised how quickly i got the items 2 days after payment but i wanted to exchange one shirt and got an answer that it needs 5 working days. One month have past they didn't exchange my shirt yet everytime i contact them they say sorry we will contact you soon and no one does! Recently they doubled the prices and my exchange was in the old pricing are you trying to rip me off if not you should fire ur online team

The application was working properly until I was asked to updated. And since then, it doesn't open anymore but kept asking to dismiss or retry. None of these 2 options responded positively.

Installed, but unable to set up profile, as one of the required fields (mobile number) doesn't give you the option of filling in the info, so it won't accept it... Rendered the app useless

I had many points on the app but now all of a sudden it logged me out of my account and won't let me sign back in again. It only gives me the option to set up a new account and that's not working either because the 'phone number' field does not allow me to introduce any info.

Since a few months I cannot check in to increase my points.It makes loading loading...I uninstalled app and reinstalled it a few times without result.I asked Customer Service and they couldnt help me.I changed cellular without result.So how will I solve this problem?

I am unable to login using my mobile number, each time I receive the pin and i enter it, it says incorrect parameters.

Cant enter a mobile number so I cant even make a profile. This has been an issue for more than 7 months for myself and many others.

one cannot research any store or restaurants.. the options in the app do not work

Half of the times i have to delete it and dowload it again for it to work again ..i dunno whats the problem

To the Lebanese and Arab customers, do not buy from the stores of this company and do not use its application to disrespect people, incite hatred and practice forms of racial discrimination. Buy directly from the sites of your favorite brands. Very bad

no registration option and sms will never arrives no matter how many times you tried or wait
