This new version is not user-friendly @ all! And we don't like how it tracks us 24-7. We don't work 24-7!
I give 1 star because after update on 11/19 the "claim jobs" button is inoperable, kicks me off the app when I use it. If I can't claim jobs I'm basically out of business. ABC support says it must be my phone but the comment below mine is stating the same problem. I haven't been able to claim a job for 5 days now.
The app overall is very handy. I have only 2 issues with it. First, the most annoying thing is if I am scrolling through my route plan, it will automatically jump back to the top of the list without warning. This sucks when you're trying to organize your documents according to the route. I am on a Galaxy Note 9 running the latest update. Second, Im based out of Texas and you cant serve process on Sundays. I wish ABC would not count Sundays as day because it affects my metrics and puts me in red
I updated the latest version as instructed. This version will not even let me attempt to enter log in information. I touch the person in the top right hand corner & it comes up "Error Invalid Credentials". In the left hand corner where it tells how long since the last sync it says never.
The Android 10 update to my S10 has made it extremely annoying to click on any button in the top corners as any touch in the area prompts the drop down of the notification bar. Please make it bigger or lower so this stops please. And most recently it makes me RE- sign into the app everyday even though my phone is protected. Thank you for your hard work.
Outstanding Digital Tool- I am old school and been serving Documents for many moons. I like having the digital means to log my service attempts in and or tell our clients in real time Yes their papers were served or not. Of course anytime your dealing with Upgrades there are bugs to fix its a fair trade I think. I do wish our Bad Address option was brought back it made things much smoother. I would appreciate if you could ad a Landmark area to fill out in our address section especially in rural
Horrific . This app has locked up again and will not let you login in . Everytime they do an update the app fails or something happens to where your account is messed up . Then you lose prime locations to serve because the app failed and they don't try to help you . Horrible app and even a more horrible company to work for . Stay away from ABC legal!
With every "improvement" this app gets worse. Why don't you enter phone numbers where they belong, so we can access them and enter calls quickly? And now we also have to type out ourselves whether there were lights on, noise inside and/or movement. How in the hell is that saving us time?! And give us back the bad address button!
Love this app. Having few problems lately, note 10. When logging a "bad address " it's been just saving as an attempt...only found out a day later....drove back to location and tried again....NOPE.....SAME!! Please fix.....
This app seems to shut down every few weeks. When I first started using this app several years ago it was a breeze but with every update it seems to get more clunky and user-unfriendly
Every time this app is "updated" it becomes less and less usable. I'm now to the point where it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled almost weekly just to work 20 hours a week. This needs to be fixed soon!
Notification sound alerts won't engage
Stop changing the app. My home/away feather is not working. I set it for home an it 30 minutes late its switches bk tonaway on its own. Haven't been able to work in 2 weeks.....just sad
That app continues to get stuck showing that I have items that need attention when I don't. And I can never get assistance from the company. They always take SEVERAL days to respond.
The app just crashed and no one can tell me why? I logged onto it earlier and it was fine. Now, it's saying that my credentials are invalid! (How? I was just on and I didn't change my password considering I'm new!)
There are many glitches with the new app. My job is more complicated because of it. I have lost a whole days work and will have to go back and recreate it.
App keeps crashing when I select the claim jobs tab. This is very frustrating, I can't claim any work.
Simply will not run in my Android Galaxy S10 Plus, can't get past the log in screen without crashing.
I can't claim available jobs anymore. I get the message, "Unable to Claim, Invalid Sevice Limit".
Great app, but sometimes takes a while to update entries.

I love this app. it is a real asset in the field. My update is taking forever but it's worth it

Can't claim jobs after 100+ emails and chats to over 30 people in the last month. No one can help amd all they say is be patient. Why is it so hard to get my claim jobs section to work. Also, in managed areas we are supposed to get new jobs for the ones we close amd it freezes and keeps you at the same number in mamaged areas. Does anyone else have a problem with claim areas or just me?
Pretty self explanatory app for the jobs I'm required to do.
Great app overall. User-friendly for even the tech-challenged. My one gripe is that this is an app that needs to be accessible and functional even when offline due to lack of a cell signal. The developers would do well to make offline use equally user-friendly, including notifications that the app is offline and special instructions for using it offline. Finally, it needs immediate notification to the user that data logged when offline has been sent, as soon as a signal is available again.
