ABC Transport

Possibly a zero star will best explain my disappointment at the service rendered on this first attempt of joining the ride.. my ticket number is 2017120.. but a promises of Facilities never came up.. worse still.. congestion as a result of standing passengers for such a long journey... It's really disappointing.

App seems to be okay. The cancel option does not work. Company does not keep to their terms. Left for my journey an extra one hour thirty minutes and was threated shabbily.

I made a payment, I got debited and no ticket details have been sent to me. I went to the terminal for explanations or a refund but got neither. I'm really furious right now. How incompetent can a service be, and to add to the injury the people I met at the terminal were rude and unhelpful.

The app is no more opening. I can't book online using the app anymore. Please ABC, if you know you can't fix this problem, remove the app from Google play store. This issue has added to your current poor services viz delayed departures, Old cars etc.

Why is there no option for 'from Accra to Lagos?' What is the need to download the app when we in Accra can't book? Fix it please, thanks.

No place to complete booking after online payment is made.

The app is useless can't go anywhere else apart from Owerri

i had the worst experience ever. imagine my departure time was 12:30 and i was in d park for more than 4hrs and i was travelling a long distance. i will never board With ABC again neither will i recommend it to anyone. you guys need to work on your service and get more buses if u are lacking. dont sell tickets if buses are not available. am very disappointed

I just made payment now and I'm furious beyond comprehension... no Ticket details was sent, money was deducted from my account. And I keep trying to view bookings and that feature seems numb... what is going on with ABC... how can one book a trip and not get alerted of booking details and ticket number, you people want me to be mad, my trip is for tomorrow... lemme get to da terminal first and I hear story. In this 21st century when the world is improving technically.. Stupid App.

Would give zero stars if i could. I've never written a bad review but i had to this time. The drivers basically did what they liked and wasted so much time dragging out a 10 hour journey to a miserable 14. Whatever respect i had for this company was completely destroyed in one day. Deleting this app and will NOT be patronizing them anymore.

Amazing app. It also gives amazing discounts and keeps a record of your travel history. It is easy to use, with simple payment methods.

horrible app just don't bother downloading it. it doesn't take you to payment Upton or display different terminal. they should look at GIGM and emulate them, you can't be in a competitive business and not step up. I wonder if they would even read this.

Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible service!!! Giving misleading information, after booking the time stated was 6.45am, we finally left at about 9 from uyo to Lagos, on getting to Abia state we were kept for another 2 hours waiting for passengers said to be coming from Calabar..

Poor. Couldn't get to pay for reservations on the app. Besides ABC transport company itself is a shadow of what I used to know. Poor! Poor!! Poor!!! I'd give you zero star if I could

So, when exactly do bookings open for your routes, if they're not open for passengers travelling neither today nor tomorrow? Word on everyone's lips is about how badly ABC Transport has fallen, yet things seem to be getting alarmingly worse. It's a sad shame, honestly.

When it comes to Transport service in Nigeria, I give them a 5 star for safety.

ABC remains my favourite road transport means. But you people should go back to your initial period, when your 6:40am is 6:40am, 9 is 9. Also some of the buses are old, dispose it and acquire new one. Thanks

You guys are just the worst.. do not believe any of there buses online... First the show you a different bus online and you see a different thing at their park... They tell you AC in app but nothing like that at all... So I'll advise you go to the park your self n see to make ur mind up... ABC has completely gone down in every way. And I tell you it's the last I am advising anyone to use ABC... If I could give 0 🌟 that would been the best...

Terrible service. Paid for AC bus from PH to Calabar but a dead non AC bus was used instead. Very uncomfortable seats. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! ABC has lost its glory.

This is the worst delivery service i have ever encounteted with very poor service from their supposed customer service personnel who is neither helpful or knowledgeable especially at their fadeyi office. Good Riddance to bad rubbish. Words can't express how bad ABC Transport is.
