One of the worst apps in my library in fact I don't know why I keep it, just wishful thinking. When we unplugged local news was the most difficult to lose bit I believed that wjla was being honest when it says we can watch them live in their streaming app... All they show are ads and a blue screen with "we'll be right back" it's all been a pack of lies. Very maddening

Their live is useless.. once it goes to commercial it gets stuck on "we'll be right back" and never returns back to live. The whole point of this app for me was to be able to watch live on the go.

I select one news item, I get a Toyota ad. Select another news item, I get the exact same Toyota ad. Select another news item, yep..same Toyota ad. Over and over. I gave up and removed it. I am ok with ads, but it got insane

living in Washington DC this app give me all the real happenings in DC . the videos are crystal clear and the notifications keep informed on all things happening Breaking News and i love this app.

Evrytime you hit the Explore tab to get all your local news it just keeps loading, but never actually loads.

App works fine, except turning off push notifications doesn't actually turn off push notifications. Didn't happen in the past, but also just downloaded on new phone. Pixel 2 xl running android 8.1

I don't need push notifications about news events outside my area. I don't get notified when something happens down the street but get one for something in a different country? Change this and I'll rate higher.

Biased. Using 9 or 4 apps instead.

Crashes when opening weather. Slow and not focused on local news.

Needs work on the layout. It's also frustrating to open stories and only have video content. The writing in the stories could be a bit less bias and more descriptive.

When you click on the Breaking News alerts, there's no article there to read. The alerts sre useless, if you can't read the full story. Uninstalling the app. And keeps having errors.

The news video does not play, only Eastern Car Commercials play over and over. I think it would be prudent to beta-test your apps prior to deployment. This release is very disappointing.

Frustrating when you go to read an article with no luck. Feel like an idiot as I keep hitting screen trying to get article to open. Also, news alerts still can't be found when they flash on my screen. Oh, btw, nice to see you replying to your customers ABC7 letting us know you are working to correct the issue.

The fancy new design is neat. However, you can only watch news videos and not read any articles. Completely useless.

I would not call it "improved," nor would I say "better than ever." The old app was much better. I will check back in the future to see if you revert to it and reinstall then.
