Overall a nicely setup tool. It's definitely improved over the last year of updates. The whole thing used to run so slow, and now it's pretty peppy. At the moment, my only gripes are the weird delays with the check cashing feature, the super-loud shutter sound you can't turn off when taking check images, and the problems with trying to open a CD or new account on it. The information button crashes the screen, and there doesn't seem to be a way of checking the going interest rates first.
App was fine and mobile deposit worked great until the most recent update and they started showing ads in the app that cover up the task/menu bar. I don't care about your services and I certainly don't want to be forced to hear about your new partnership with a new sports team or whatever. The ads are so obtrusive I uninstalled the app and now I will just take up someone else's time with depositing a check when I could(and would) have done it via the app. Good job!
I enjoy using the app. Mostly accurate other than maintenance time, which are always notified and posted on app screen during sign in or sign out. I do use it daily, either with updates or physical looking into my accounts. Even easy to open another account from the app. Navigation is cool, I always think there is room for improvement. No complaints thus far, in the year or so I've had access.
depositing checks with this application is a little time-consuming. it takes pics automatically or manually. It takes a while to process the pictures for deposit and has issues with tiny printed signatures. It works when you go through the added effort to tell it you looked and it's ok. It's a good usable app and all the other features work fine so I'm giving it 5 stars.
I pretty much mirror what other people are saying. Mobile deposits are a little clunky but they go through well. Setting up external transfers could be streamlined a bit, but the online version does this well so I don't have too much of a problem with it. It's a good app.
This app is pointless and very confusing. I can't make payments or add accounts to transfer funds anywhere. The interface is confusing and very limited. Tells me to enroll in "online banking" but then says I don't meet minimum requirements? Uninstaller.
Awesome. Best app out there. Love its ease of use and great formality, i don't even need tylenol or brain surgery. Its that well of a program. I wish it would show incoming deposits that are pending also. They say at the CU that it does, it used to as American Eagle but since the switch it does not. Still love the app works great. Fingerprint ID is rough and has its moments a royal pain in the arse for sure, but that's the phone issue. Lol
I never have a good experience with taking pictures for the mobe app. Everytime I take a picture of the back check it takes at leadt 4 times before it accepts it and it looks the same as the first picture! π
We've been customers for 32 years. I've always enjoyed working with our credit union. My main issue is that your app restricts me from paying on the principle of my mortgage account. This feature was removed and I would really like it reinstated. The feature is available on my auto loan. Thank you.
Works well. Sometimes shows wrong amounts/doesn't update quickly. Also scheduled maintance pops up regularly. But I rely on this app a lot and it is perfect when I need to transfer money from savings to credit in seconds. Overall well done app
I love being able to manage my finances in one click. I can transfer, apply for a loan, check the status of a pending application, transfer money to other people w/ and w/o my financial institution, and click on rewards while shopping. This is an excellent tool to have handy!
Overall good app. Only issue I have is when depositing a check, you have to get the pictures of the front and back of the check just right for them to accept it. I've wasted multiple checks because this app just wouldn't accept them no matter what I did.
Convenient. Mostly good, BUT cannot see pending bill payments, which has been a major issue when, I paid my credit card bill twice in the same month. Fix this, please.
The app is nice and responsive helps me quick see my account. Although, the UX in the bill pay section feels too clicky and the credit card area has reoccurring messages that force you to click on them to disappear i.e. "tap here to see menu"
The app is not functioning properly. I get constant messages and alerts all night long on my phone even though I have turned the alerts off. Sick of it.
I was trying to log into my account I used the app and it kept saying my credentials were incorrect when they were. Then I got locked out usually the app works well but it seems lately I'm always having issues with this app!!!
always have password issues. finally got fingerprint to work. mobile check deposit is the most difficult to use based on all of the TEXT and DATE requirements. i had to take the pictures several times...
easy to get around on, however I would like to be able to some way see bills that are set up on bill pay, some how integrated into the checking account so that you are aware of how much money you really don't have to spend!πJust a thought!π€
Love the app for depositing checks! Saves a drive! Very convenient. Have been using for quite a while now and have never experienced an issue.
I love having the opportunity of paying easily, but I wish the amount due would be corrected. This has been broken for two months.
First time use! Simple and convenient on my Android! Images can be bit persnickety. Less trips to the bank, thank you!
It keeps crashing when I'm accessing my credit card. I can't find any updates very discouraged
This app is terrible. The relaunch has completely taken away the ability to make a credit card payment. Now I have to call.
New update broke fingerprint authorization. Had to reset password and re-authorize device (samsung) Very frustrating. Please do better next time
Provides a quick check of the accounts. 2021/1912 This a update on the review. Some of the help questions were unhelpful in clearing the finger login problem and was not able to reset for either right or left finger, once found as previously set. Did find fingerprint setting in the app's set up section. To transfer funds, the ability to set a date is gone and a schedule time section instructions are not straightforward as originally in transfer of fund's section.
