$80 PER YEAR to look up ASA codes is way too expensive. Uninstalled.
80 dollars now, it was a fantastic free app but this is outrageous
VRRY DISAPPOINTED YOU ARE NOW TAKING AWAY CPT AND ASA CODES. I WORK FOR ANESTHESIA COMPANY AND THIS WAS A USEFUL TOOL. YOU SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE THIS APP TO CONTINUE THE FULL PRODUCT. VERY UNHAPPY.

No longer allows cpt and asa code search. Wants you to subscribe for $80/year. I could understand a one time fee but not for $80 and definitely not yearly

As others have stated, CPT code lookups now require an $80 annual subscription. Uninstalled.
Uninstalled after CPT and ASA codes put behind a paywall.

80 way to high for cpt codes
Useless now.
I can search but am unable to use categories to see all codes without the app crashing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as installing on a different phone but since updates to latest Android OS, the app doesn't work.
I'm using the most up to date version on an LG G3, and I've saved many codes to a Favorites that I can't locate. Had no issues with my old iPhone 4--please advise!
Works great! It had the ASA, ICD-9s, CPTs plus info like avg time. Thank you for this tool! Shared w/my coders and others, excellent tool. Thank you for this! L J
Very quick and concise
Has a lot of permissions for personal information. Seriously concerned what it's being used for.
On galaxy S4 the line of the cpt and icd9 appears compress, unable to click on it. Tried uninstalling but still does not work
Since I recently switched to Galaxy S4 I am no longer able to select/see buttons that allow me to switch between ICD and CPT codes. Is this a known issue?
Very useful and reliable
It worked with ICE 4.03 but since last Android update (April 24) stopped responding. It is a great application but needs actualization.
It's a great and useful app but it doesn't work with Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Please fix it for my five stars
Only had for a few hours, but its working smoothly no crashes and I love that I can do such quick searches to find cpt and icd codes I need. Good job!

Can't open the app. I get an error message that says "abeo has suddenly stopped and must close" so if I can't use it, i gotta give it a negative star
