This is a great, easy to use app. Been using it for years. Reason for the one star is I typically make a lot of transfers and lately, after every transfer, I get the 'please rate our app' pop up no matter how many times I decline. Probably clicked it away a hundred times now, finally got fed up enough to leave a review since I don't seem to have a choice.

This version is greatly improved for both usability, and available functions. I had some complaints when the mobile app was first launched, but the latest version is pretty good. It is very easy to check balances and move money around. Thanks for adding the credit card balance to the transfer funds screen when paying off a credit card. This was one of my pet peeves about the older versions.

The new edition feels like a regression instead of an update. There's no option for fingerprint login anymore, or to even save my username. It loads more slowly, and took away the original and very convenient landing page with all of the accounts and the amounts available in them. If it was an option to go back to the old version, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

1st look & did all I tried. Enabled 'Fast Balances' on login screen. Nice. Setup text. Debit card settings. Ok. Caveat: I didn't look at Depositing, External Transfers, Bill Pay, which will be critical for me in the future. This would be 67% of my rating. If you've used the website, you'll recognize the look of the app. The menu tiles across the bottom always seem to be covering parts of lists so I don't know if I'm seeing everything. There is some user experience room for improvement.

Finally started to work after months of trying to use it on my Galaxy s10 Plus, not sure if that was because of no connection to wifi, but I still had 4G/5G service. About a week ago I connected my device to wifi. Now, recently when I tried it finally worked with no wifi. I'm so glad I can use it now though, it has a very nice layout. Just wish I could of continued to use the old verison that worked before the update.

HORRIBLE!!!! I can't even log in. type in my username and password and it freezes up. I uninstalled and reinstalled which made it worse no I just get error too many redirects. I'll be moving my business elsewhere, this just adds to the long list of problems I've had with this place. I get a disability check once a month from the same place and they want to hold my money for 3 business days.

Forced to update and now the app won't even let me sign in. I uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted My phone, can't get past the timer going round and round, never opening the app. Needed to conduct business and can't even get in the app to do anything. Very frustrating. Usually works great except for a few occasional glitches.

**Another update** can't get into the mobile app AGAIN!!!! Just sits on the login screen spinning. **updateI** after 3 months of not being able to use the app it works...sorta. but the history only goes back so far now.... How disappointing. Ive used this app for years and it was fine. A little slow at times but ok. I recently upgraded my phone and now like everyone else it won't get passed the slash screen. It just force closes itself. It's very disappointing.

For some reason, it consistently connects either sort of quick, sort or forever in a day slow. So, my first comment it was fast, convient and user friendly, still is user friendly snd convient. The connection though, omgoodness could use an improvement. Yes, I've restarted, reloaded etc and still s l o w.... Previous comment: Much so much better! Thank you, thank thank you, finally, simplicity!

Everytime I try to look into my history it glitches and won't show past a week in my history and it is so frustrating. I would like to see at least a month back, I compare bills and make sure everything has been taken out accordingly monthly and not being able to see farther down in my history is making everything so much more difficult and makes this mobile banking almost not worth having. Please fix glitches. Used to work months back and now won't thanks to horrible updates.

It works most of the time. But there has been times where the app wouldn't let me log in for minutes up to hours. & it's happened to me for years. Saying that I would need to call for assistance. But it happens once ever so quite often. Aside from that, the app's smoother than it once was. Very easy to use & understand.

Upgrade? More like a downgrade it's useless. It's even got old phone #'s on the account that we know we've changed. In order to move forward with setting up online authentication once we got that far. It crashes way more then working I haven't had any online access in over a week this is beyond unfavorable.

I have been trying to open this update since last night and I get either a black screen or an error message saying it has stopped. Deleted and then downloaded again. Turned phone off and on. Nothing has worked for me. 10/30/19 This app is finally working for me. Thank you APGFCU! Working great!

Like others in the reviews the login flow and login time could use some optimization. Connecting my apg account to an external bank account has been seemingly impossible. Transfers and deposits are finicky. The app has come a long way but definitely needs a little more work and could use some quality of life improvements!

This app has extremely limited features, compared to other mobile banking apps. With the new revision, I am no longer able to glance at my account balance without going through the entire sign in process. I am very unhappy with this feature. please bring the fast balance feature back for my device. User friendly updates have not been made to this app or website. It is very limited and unpleasant to use unless all you want to do is check your account balance. Honestly, banking is so much more.

Password Never Works - no, I didn't forget it because when I reset it says I can't use my current password. This happens every time I try to use it. Even better, it gives me the same "NOTICE You've entered an invalid User ID/ Password" error when I try to login with my fingerprint. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every single time I attempt a mobile deposit, I fail. I have a potent phone, a great connection, and follow the instructions. My benchmark is a competitor's app that is far and away better. I like the bank and the local flavor. Internal transfers work immediately.

Latest version is difficult to use, keeps trying to move boxes instead of selecting menu items in the boxes. This was not an issue for the previous version, have to use the website to actually do financial transactions.

I have not been able to log in since the most recent update. I have been using my internet browser to go to the website to log in and check my balance, but that does not allow me to use mobile deposit, which is absolutely crucial to me. Overall I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to new features such as fast balance and finger print login and ended up with a completely useless app instead. Please update asap.

I am using a Samsung Note 10+. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Ever since the newest update I cannot log in. It gets stuck on the login screen for minutes. I have tried this both with fast balances and normally trying to log in. Nothing works. Having to log in on my mobile browser is a pain.

This app is outdated,it's not user friendly at all and it takes you in a circle to nowhere. Nothing like the other easy ones and it doesn't provide enough information. And if you like the fingerprint feature you can forget it ,it has a so called link that doesn't work. This alone makes me want to leave this bank.

This app used to work fine before they updated it with the fast balance. Now I can not log in. The only way it works is if I reset my password EVERYTIME. If not it loads forever and does not work. Every other day it is saying update but I have. Please fix this app! It was great but now it is worthless!

new update is horrible. The website is hard to negotiate and I can't find simple, crucial information like what my available balance is. The new app won't run... just a message unfortunately the application has stopped. I've been a loyal apgfcu customer for a very long time, but I'm about ready to pull my money out of the bank and go somewhere else. I need to be able to check my balance, transfer money, and deposit checks. Get this fixed fast or you're going to lose a customer. Updating aweek later: the app is still completely non-functional on my phone. This is not due to any sort of error on my part. I tested the app on my wifi-only tablet at home, and it works. It won't run on my phone because my provider hasn't updated to the very latest version of Android. Given that 70%+ of Android users don't have the latest and greatest version of Android, it's clear your app designer failed to appropriately beta test before rolling it out. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot use the tablet for Mobile Banking, by the way - it's a wifi-only device that's used at home for watching streaming media. I and hundreds of other people, need this application to work on our cell phones. Get this fixed! Update 3 weeks later... despite the canned response below, no update has been made to the app since it was rolled out 3 weeks ago. I was unable to deposit my paycheck this week- my schedule is such that I need to deposit on Mondays. I can't do a mobile deposit, and the bank was closed. And I have contacted customer support multiple times at the email given below. I have yet to receive any response or reply to any of the eight or nine emails. I'm hanging in there for another week or so, but it's not looking good for my ability to continue doing business with Apgfcu.

The new update is not accepting mobile deposits. I take a clear photo that is easily readable, but then about 1 second later, the image changes to a rather pixelated saved image. I try to submit and it fails. After repeating this 5x,I gave up.

I used the app to make a payment from one account to another apgfcu account. It showed the xfer succeeded. Later I saw it actually did not go through and did not post. I now have a service charge. I have NEVER been late on a payment until now. i will never use this app for payment after this.
