Stuck on 23% on loading screen after over 20 attempts of opening app. Cannot access my incredibly important emails that I need to access BEFORE I return to university on 24 of August. You should take this opportunity to really upgrade the app, like giving students the option to receive notifications from the app.
Brilliant idea but won't load. Stuck on 23% maybe test your apps before emailing students to tell them to download it? Let us know when it's fixed as it's a really good idea!!
Doesn't work anymore; sub apps like the Calendar asks for Office 365 permission but tapping does not open any window to give it.
Suddenly can't open the Ap. Sticks on 23% Configuration. No idea how to fix the problem.
Great when it works, but at the start of every year it's broken again and will not even open.

Now logs in and seems to be a good layout and easy features

This app is really important but it's a joke! I can't rearrange the tiles or it will never open again, the diary won't update, emails show as unread even when they have been read and the latest issue is that now i can't even open my emails or diary. Like i said, this is an important app that i need to use multiple times a day but it just does not work! Please sort it out, i know I'm not the only person with these issues.
has started showing my timetable as being completely empty (even in the past) and isn't letting me view emails - have deleted and redownloaded, but hasn't changed
It just stays on "10% loading dashboard" forever, but aside from crippling bugs it's alright
One of the worst apps I have ever used, needs a big overhaul.
Used to work, but now is stuck on 12% and doesn't open.
Never stops loading on opening the app
It would be nice if it had widgets so that we could easily display our timetable or get push notifications for emails or alerts about stuff such as lectures etc starting. But overall its kinda nice.
Love the layout. So easy and convenient. Great quick information displays that quickly answer any questions such as the next bus or if I can grab a coffee in Ta Med on my Abercard. Thanks for a great app :)
Would apreciate widgets and an option to turn the animations off to make it less laggy for those of us with older phones, but overall it is good
Just redownloaded the app and still I cannot access my timetable or email through it. This app is alright when it works, however it has so many issues and frequently so. Those that make the app should go back to the drawing board and start again, either that or new people who know what they're doing should takeover.
