Terrible app, terrible company! Won't accept my credentials on the app even though it will on the web. Same credentials. Half the time it won't work even on the web! If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. Unfortunately I can't. It's like this company does not care!!
App won't let me log in.... I just logged in with the same information on 3 other devices. But the app is a failure.
This app is a pain in the a**...all I want to do is pay my Medicare Premiums and alerts make it way to hard .... and then we have to wait to see if you'll decide to pay or not....hate it
Nobody tried very hard to make this app and it shows. The company would be more reputable if they didn't even have an app. This is a steaming piece of garbage. It just asked me if I wanted to rate the app. I clicked no, but ended up here any ways.

Great app! Wish the security questions & stuff could be changed from the app instead of having to call though.
i downloaded the app and tried to login using the credentials i was given and it didnt work. Next tried to verify my identity with the security questions but the screen cut off the right side wjere the dropdown options were.
This app is the WORST!! Tried multiple times to login . Same as everyone else,tells me that the log in info is incorrect. Which it is not. Pain in the neck. The website is just as bad.
Why would you make us use this? Submitting pdfs is basically impossible and you can't even choose a folder for bills that you've taken a photo of. My god, this app is a nightmare.
GARBAGE APP THAT MAKES YOU FEEL CRAZY. Seriously... Can we get ONE response from the developers? I've gone back through the reviews 4 years, and it's the same complaint. I changed my password, thinking it was me. I literally cannot log into this app using my Alerus *verified* information 🤣.
Can't login to my account. I'm looking directly at my username and password from the website and still can't login. This app is also under health and fitness for some reason.
Works great. The best part is you can log your receipt in the app. What would be nice if there was a list of covered otc items.

Can't log in with the same login as the regular website, yet the regular website is the least mobile friendly site I've ever seen. Never figured out how to log in.

Alerus bought out my previous Flex spending company mid year and the mobile app is worthless. I can't even login using same credentials on their website which also isn't exactly seamless as it passes you to another site.
The improved aspects of this HSA card are awesome! So convenient!

App does not allow you to log in to your account. The login screen looks great though.
For some reason the change password screen blocks pasting, which reduces security by encouraging the user to choose a weak password that's easy to type on a phone.

Not a good way to check or manage your HSA. I might be able to get in without it timing out 20% of the time
Avoid this company. They decline most of your charges, then only let you roll over $500. They keep the rest of your money. I just lost several hundred dollars because they declined every purchase I attempted at the end of the year.
