Always Login error After login with customer ID and registered mobile number it appears the messege of customer id/mobile number is invalid. Though, both are correct and even works in idbi go app. Very very bad experience. None of the customer executive resolve the problem.

All IDBI apps are absolutely useless. I have been trying for a long time and I don't get OTP on mobile or email. When I call the customer service, they ask me to try after 1 hour. They gave me an alternate to use IDBI Go+ app, even there Debit Card manage link doesn't work.

Pathetic service. Could see comments filled with same issue of OTP not being sent and app crashes in resent OTP, still no action taken yet. This app is not usable at all. And on the name of security there is no other option to enable online transaction on your card except throug this app. So basically you are trapped where your card is meant to be used at ATM only. Pathetic response and customer care says everything is okay at there end and there is no other option to raise concern.

Req. to the developers, Some features should be improved. There must be a confirmation dialogue step for every activity. For example if you tap Card On/Off, it instantly deactivates the Card. Card can't be activated by tapping it once again. App directs to contact some C.C.Numbers. Those nos. are not responding when called. This is strange for a new user. You can give an option in settings to disable this confirmation step if you want. Pl. upload a demo video for new users in app description.

The virtual cards they provide are pretty much useless. They have deliberately locked them so that customer can't do ecommerce transactions. The support completely failed to solve the issue. The application is a waste, it doesn't show real status of cards. You have to call support in order to know if your cards are active or not.

Most of the time this app doesn't open and so creates lot of problem especially during emergency time when I have put off the card and I can't put it on due to some technical problem in the app. So, risky at times especially during emergency to you just can't open the app and you're stuck.

Not able to login as no opt received on email or registered mobile. Tried multiple times but no success. I called customer care and they told me that everything is ok from their side and even followed all the steps including reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, as advised by the customer care executive. I saw some more reviews pertaining to the same issue. Requesting to the developers, please look into the matter or advise for any action required from my side. Thank you.

My whole experience with IDBI has been very poor. I can't excess my account on phone. I need to order a new card. I can't visit the branch due to pandemic. This App is useless as I can't do anything except checking the balance.

Hello, from yesterday I was not able to open the application, always it is showing "Network Congestion", the day before yesterday it was working perfectly. I don't what is wrong with it.

It is good. However, it would have been more good if the features of outstanding balance and due date of credit card payment are added in credit card section. Then, this would be more user friendly as there is separate App for crdit card transaction like other peer Banks.

Useless... You people are crazy building such nonsense application. My transaction of amount 9000 got declined but the transaction showing successful in app(money is not deducted though) and so many things need to be changed in this app for better user experience.

The functioning of app is not good. It takes a lot of time for otp to be received and also don't show the column to type the otp when I've already received the otp. The functional time is very much slow.

It is quite swift and easy to use app with much needed feature. It takes longer to open. Hope some lighter version to evolve soon.

Otp never comes and the app crashes everytime I click resend otp. It's been this way for past few weeks. Kindly look into it.

Worst app , im trying to log in by entering my customer id and registered mobile number, it takes too long and everytime it says try again later . Im unable to make e-commerce transactions through my visa card and customer care guy told me to download this app and enable this feature but this nonsense app doesn't open. Worst app in the world. I don't get otp on my cell even if it says the otp has been sent. If i click resend otp the application crashes. Tried using this app 20 times from yesterday but same outcome every time... Worst worst app..0 stars actually not even 1

Frequently it shows a message... unknown error occur.... it means there is a need for IT upgradation, since in todays competitive environment, everyone needs a seamless services

Despite having proper network connection, the app always says "connection offline", whenever I try to manage my card through the app.

Unable to manage my debit card limits through Abhay app. On trying to do so it says 'connection offline'. Have deinstalled, reinstalled this app.. I have latest android version on my phone.... App also installed from play store... However same issue....

Does not work most of the time for simple transactions like balance transfer between accounts. Only good for display, nothing else.

I have got credit card which I was able to see earlier. Today it's showing as Card Profile does not exist. Please check as I got the message also yesterday saying Your request for app registration is done although I had registered way back last year itself. Please rectify it immediately.

Nice app... A one stop app for everything that can be done with a debit card... Need to fix some bugs though... Sometimes it suddenly stops/ hangs...

Don't waste time and data, app do not work won't even let you register... Seems idbi doesn't care about its cust and want them to go more tech equipped efficient banks.... Thanks for trying...could have not developed it.

The app is not working very poor always show network is congested. Need development on this app please see to it it's working again.

Extremely complicated app. Most of the many important features do not work. No support from either help centre or branch.

Worst ever App. Cannot login. On entering customer id & regd Mobile number, it says enter OTP sent on mobile number & Email id, but no OTP comes either in email or on mobile. Repeated all the steps many times.
